Ac did not work properly. Breakfast poor. No Eggs

Location to the city is good … Internet passwords wouldn’t connect so the cheap ROKU wouldn’t work without wifi , good thing I had data …. A/C …2/10 Bed.. 3/10 For the price it is what it is

We were very disappointed with our stay. Throughout the night, there was a man outside yelling and swearing, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The listing stated that breakfast would be available at 7:00 a.m. We went to the office at 7:30 a.m. to have breakfast before checking out, but no one was there. We had to call the number posted on the door, and someone didn’t arrive until around 8:00 a.m. By that point, we decided to leave and purchase breakfast elsewhere. While the room appeared reasonably clean, the overall condition and atmosphere of the motel felt very sketchy. To make matters worse, the deadbolt on our room door did not work. Given the disturbance outside, we did not feel secure. We ended up placing chairs and our luggage against the door so we would hear if anyone tried to enter during the night. We checked in around 10:00 p.m. Had we arrived earlier and been able to see the property in daylight, we would never have chosen to stay there. When we left the next morning, my husband and I both agreed that we would have felt more comfortable sleeping in our vehicle than spending the night at this motel.

Where to even start. It definitely wasn't worth the "deal" I thought I was getting on the room, especially when fees and taxes were extra, along with a pet fee that wasn't shown as extra when booking the room. The sink didn't drain properly, the toilet didn't flush properly, the water wasn't regulated individually by room, so one minute I was being scalded in the shower and the next minute the water was really cold. The bathmat for the bottom of the tub/shower wasn't cleaned properly, nor was the floor. I brought my own bedding. The floors were not very clean and were cracked in places where the cheap laminate had settled. Anytime someone in another room walked across their floor, the floor in our room bounced. Bizarre. Another guest who decided to park their car right outside our door kept beeping the locks on their car every 10-15 minutes for over an hour, finally stopping about 12:30am For a stay that was supposed to be restful before the next 1300km drive, it was not at all and cost $40 more than it should. Would not recommend.

Rooms need a better painting and trim project.

Room was not clean, furniture had dirt stains on it. Shower and shower curtain had mold. Tv did not work. Internet does not work. Air conditioner did not work. Definitely would not recommend!

Everything except the breakfast

I liked the hotel, no complaints and the price was reasonable. The whole experience made for a pleasant stay.

The Lincoln Inn-Fredericton exceeded my expectations in every way! It is a lovely property that is extremely well-kept, with very friendly staff/owners. They even helped recommend a fantastic Indian restaurant in-town that was incredible (based off a menu notices in the front office and asked about). I would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

Better beds

I just sleep one night, breakfast is OK, but when we check in, waiting around 10min, that’s I don’t like it,

Great! Friendly staff rooms are clean. Always nice and quiet for sleeping at night

Prix abordables

I cannot make a comment about the Breakfast, because, when the Breakfast room opened I was already 150Km away. Breakfast time at the Inn is between 8am and 10am. I suggest they open only between 9am and 10am. Like this they would safe a lot more money which is certainly needed to renovate the place.

Don't stay here, both rooms were unacceptable. The reviews I read were mostly favorable so I'm now assuming they were fabricated. Non black out curtains covered the poorly installed window air conditioner-tape used on the AC window openings... & mosquitos entered thru the AC sides all night. Pills on the bed sheets-dingy & stained towels-shower curtain needs replacing-no bedside electrical out in one room and only one working light-Roku TVs w/poor internet reception-no electrical outlet in one bthrm, rusty shower curtain rod-second lock did not work in one room-bath & vanity shower fixtures were loose-room adjoining the office was being renovated so we had to set over and around a trailer, power tools, strips of wood with exposed nails, extension cords etc....to access the office. The staff tried to be accommodating & said they'd give us a better room for the second night we had booked, we left after one night. Hubby said there was no cream cheese for the bagels. Bkfst 8-10 am. Chatting w/a departing guest who said they ran out of hot water. I will be contacting Hotels.com for a refund for the second night. The required door sign on the room door said "Knight Inn", guess that explains alot?
