Great property , food was good

Gute Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp mit reichhaltigem Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war in einem Nebengebäude und durch einen Nebeneingang erreichbar, der nicht ansprechend war. Ansonsten alles ok.

Staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms very clean.

Good clean room. Bathroom looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was immaculate. A bigger bath mat in the shower cubicle would be advisable as the floor does get slightly slippy. Air con would have been useful, especially in the recent hot weather. Breakfasts were good but took a long time to arrive.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was an issue but sorted immediately by the staff. Bar staff are friendly and always in a fun playful mood with all customers. Always have a great experience at this hotel.

We stayed here as a stopover before going to Le Shuttle early the next day. Great location for a stopover, check-in was smooth and easy, rooms very clean and nicely decorated…hotel rooms had a refurb in Sep ‘25. Good pub food as well. Early checkout was also easy with a drop key box for those leaving before reception is staffed. All in all for the price point we would definitely work this stop off into our travel plans for future France trips

The suite was perfect really large and it looked like it had just been refurbished. Breakfast however was disappointing. Tea and coffee poor and the hot stuff wasnt very nice, this was strange as the food in the restaurant the day before was ok

Clean and spacious room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked English breakfast was great. Good location for Ashford.

We arrived late and our room was ready, plenty of parking spaces and everything was clean

Quiet and clean

When we arrived the outside looked like it needed a little bit of TLC but once we got inside could not fault it. We are four married ladies that just wanted a weekend away to chill, unwind with a bit of retail therapy thrown in. This hotel was perfect for that. We stayed in a spacious room with 4 single beds. Staff were lovely. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. And to top it off we were a 5-10 cab ride away from Ashford designer outlet. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

Fantastic place great friendly staff great clean rooms top food

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Sadly the TV didn’t work nor could a member of staff get it to work

Comfortable large double room, clean and fresh smelling. The on-suite was large and well set out. Only negative was a shower that barely sprayed, no pressure and the temperature fluctuated. Bed was very comfortable and the quilt heavy. Food was standard pub fare well cooked and delicious. The staff were were good, welcoming and helpful. Car parking was easy and secure. Will stay again if available.

Pretty disappointing bar shuts at 10pm What hotel shuts it’s only facility for food and drink at 10 ?
