This hotel was pretty gross. It was also difficult to navigate to. The building had a very strange setup. Don’t book expecting much comfort at all.

The room was spacious. Staff was very friendly. The beds weren’t comfortable. Although the room was cool in temperature, the common areas were hot and humid.

Where do I start?! First, walking in our room, the floors were dirty still, there was a hair and dirt all over the hotel room. Everything is outdated and falling apart. Then, not only were there not enough towels for the amount of ppl I put on my booking, they didn’t have extras our whole stay. There was not hot water for showers and most importantly, there was mold everywhere. I would never stay here again!

I liked the room it

El sofá cama está incómodo. Pero el lugar está muy céntrico hay buenos lugares cerca y una entrada a playa a 2 cuadras.

Walking distance to Dennys and Mcdonald's.

Hotel sucio e insalubre hay cucarachas y moho, nunca había estados en un lugar tan sucio y tétrico

Room clean.. not sparkle.. but good enough! Really nice stuff! Good parking lot

I booked thursday for Fri/Sat and hours later I tried to cancel and they would not refund my money. Basically I got penalized for a stay I couldn't take. Poor business in my opinion.

It’s very run down. They only cleaned our room once during a six day stay even though I requested it one day in specific and still they didn’t go. Due to this We had to go down to the lobby to get clean towels every day including rolls of toilet paper because they only left 1 for 4 people. At least the staff was nice.

Not welcoming

The hotel had no cold water. Family couldnt use water because if it being too hot.

Friendly staff from front desk always willing to help to attentive cleaning crew.

My Favorite hotel to stay in South Padre. The beds are the best.

Doesn’t look like the photos, the building is old and looks dirty. The rooms on the 4th floor were okay though.

Quiet & close by to the beach

We stayed at the Sunchase hotel, there was no complimentary shampoo in the room we booked for 5 people and they only provide 3 towels per room, it was hard to get extra toilet paper as well

The room and bathroom were really big. There was a hole in the ceiling that had condensation dripping from it. The hotel needed an update. It was in a good location and met our needs for two days.
