Never saw a member of staff the whole time I was there very unprofessional wouldn't go back

Disappointed, the room was ok, however the noise from the toilet was horrendous, along with the consent sound of running water from the rooms above. There is also no parking outside as advertised. We didn't get a good sleep.

Lovely hotel. Was met by the wonderful Josie. The room was warm and welcoming and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast cooked by Josie was amazing. Next time we come to Blackpool will definitely book to stay here . Highly recommend this hotel the location is excellent.

Incredibly quiet and comfortable room!

Our stay was just perfect. Made so by the lovely Josie. Very personal and welcoming from the minute we arrived. Super comfy bed. Amazing shower and the best breakfast. We will definitely back, would love to make it an annual visit

What a lovely b&b.Everything was perfect.From top notch furnishings ,towels and wonderful breakfast,Josie is a superb host who made my one night stay very comfortable.I would love to return for a longer visit.

What a surprise. I wasn’t expecting such a nice place in Blackpool. The room was so modern. I loved the funky lounge and the service was amazing. They made us feel like proper guests and the breakfast wow. Home made bread and everything. Will definitely come back.

Had a great stay at this hotel. A couple of mins walk to the beach. About 10 mins to pleasure beach, which is a nice walk along the beach front.The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent. Home cooked bread etc .Catered well for vegetarians. Loved the decor , modern and quirky. Room well equipped with tea, coffee and biscuits etc. Very clean and tidy and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if in Blackpool. George, Linda & Evie.

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel. Enjoyed every minute of my stay and so did my 10 year old grandson. The hosts and staff were amazing, as was the food. 100/100 for me and I am definitely going back there.

Family birthday that went well. Staff at the hotel were very helpful ordering taxis to and from the venue.
