This was a very pleasant stay, staff were friendly and engaging and the location is well placed for Hungerford. I would recommend to all.

Very poor greeting- unmanned reception- wait half an hour for someone to deal with booking me in! Unacceptable- the guy behind the bar, is not trained to hand a key over! Absolute joke

Room was really nice. Love the biscuits and the water - nice touches. The room was very quiet.

The good breakfast was stop on. Good quality and well cooked. Very friendly staff. The hotel needs a good clean and refresh - everything was a bit dirty. This was a real shame because this place has so much potential. Charge a bit more and get the standards up. Parking is not a problem - very cheap pay for parking a two minute walk await. Good selection or draft in bar. Some nice restaurants within walking distance.

Booked a long due trip with the better half to celebrate our anniversary, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! Beautiful room, great food and even a chilled bottle of bubbly waiting in the room for us!

On the main street. Good food. Large room and wet room. On checkinng in had a double assigned to us when it should have been a twin and then in the morning Housekeeping walked in without any announcement.

Breakfast service was slow as only one member of staff covering service. More staff to support would improve the situation.

Breakfast wasn't great. Hot drinks took ages, cooked breakfast came to the table before the hot drinks arrived, and COLD PLATES ??? Why any establishment serves breakfast on a stone cold plate always astounds me. Serve it on a warm plate. Also when laying up tables for breakfast use a cloth and spray to remove last nights drink spills.

Overall a great experience, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. First morning no fruit or yogurt at breakfast and second morning got our breakfasts completely wrong. The room was really nice and the bed very comfortable, I would definitely stay again.

Highly recommended. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice room, in good condition, nice furnishings and decor. No parking at this hotel, so I recommend using the Station Road car park and using the PayByPhone app as you cannot pay by traditional means (no pay and display machines here).

The staff were amazing, the room was clean and the food was tasty. It's located right in the heart of the town, so the antiques shops were moments away and I had a blast. There's a super convenient long term car park by the train station with a foot path that comes out right near the hotel so it was easy to park and bring bags in. Can't say enough about how lovely the staff were. It was a busy weekend and they were possibly understaffed but all did a great job.

Room was ok. Restaurant evening dinner was awful. Staff were drawn into a problem on another table forgetting about us!

Room was okay based on the price, creepy floor boards and not enough sound insulation between rooms - next door had a great night.

Great room with spotless en suite bathroom. Quiet and comfortable. Helpful staff. Upgraded room. Excellent breakfast & dinner on second night.

Room was lively and clean, food was very tasty and staff were friendly. Bit of a faff sorting the car parking charge, website needs updating to show no longer free parking, the charges were reasonable though, £7.00 for a day and a half. Very chilled atmosphere, would return
