Room was clean tolet would not fluah acted like it was clogged the hole time lobby and hallways all smells almost asked for my money back before we even checked in

Carpeting was dirty and looked un-vacuumed. Security doors were unlocked and falling apart.

My room was dirty. There was ashes all in the floor beer bottle tops behind the chair, the floor needed to be vacuumed. There was no toilet paper. There was only one towel in the bathroom. One bath walls in the refrigerator was nasty.

The carpet in the room could have been cleaner... noticed spots and stains. Also noticed a critter crawling on the stand below the tv.

Cheap clean and pretty much in a great place

It was okay . But the fridge made a noise all day & night , the housekeeper didn’t do a good job by cleaning the bathroom they left dirty used towels hanging on the shower from the last quest

Terrible smell. Room was very dusty

Pubic hairs on toilet seat, cigarette burns in bed cover, leftover sucker stick in shower, broken sink, rip in bedspread, hard ass four inch spring mattress

The hotel is not up to date. The shower makes a terrible noise. The whole place smells like smoke. I wouldn't recommend this place. A dog was barking one night.

Horrible place. Smelled like stale cigarettes and mold. Guests in the room next to us were awake making noise and playing their music until way after 4:30 am. We had to complain twice in order for the desk girl to come finally knock on their door and tell then to turn the music off. Would never recommend a place like this to anybody.

Terrible odor, horrific carpet stains , lots of upkeep and repairs needed, we stayed 15 minutes and left and did not return…. Was extremely disappointed. I knew better than to say, “ the pictures look good “

Room was in great condition. The receptionist was friendly.

The room was just average. The king size bed we had was very uncomfortable. The ac unit didn’t work properly either. Never got cold. Didn’t report because thought it would get better but it didn’t.

This is an older hotel so I can understand some things but when the room clearly wasn’t vacuumed that’s different. I think this property is ok for traveling workers that just want a place to crash. We were in a non smoking room and I kept smelling smoke. I finally found a pile of cigarette butts behind the bedside table. We left early because my daughter is allergic to smoke. The front desk people were nice & I hope they read this and understand even with an older property you can wipe and vacuum and it goes a long way. Please sweep by the stairs on the side farthest from the door.

The TV didn’t work. The phone didn’t work

It was safe, comfy, and quiet, a nice stay. There were a few crumbs on the carpet in the room when we checked in, but they immediately took care of it. Mistakes happen, but they were quick to correct.

The room was terrible. Its cost us $100 but it was a $30 room.

Horrible Experience! Covers and sheets were dirty.
