El hotel está quedando muy lindo con su remodelación pero aún en sábado empiezan temprano y no puedes descansar.

Beautiful and Clean!

Check in time was not met. Had to wait and room was changed because elevator was not working. Had to carry luggage up the stairs, only had one person helping. Should have an additional elevator to use.

Ves extremely comfortable

The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet had great options and the food was tasty. Great location for an overnight stay near the airport with complementary airport shuttle. The bedroom was not clean. Surfaces were dusty and the carpet extremely dirty. I noticed housekeeping staff sweeping the carpet, not vacuuming it. The shower curtain was moldy. I shared my recommendations for improved cleanliness with front desk staff.

Excelente lugar para descansar si vas de viaje vía avión porque está estratégicamente ubicado al Aeropuerto de Monterrey Mariano Escobedo .

From the room I selected and paid for I was not given that room. I selected a fits 5 people and was given one that only supported 4. I do recognize that the employees did put a twin size slide in bed but the space was to crowed for it. We sleep but not happy that I wasn’t given the room I paid for.

Todo excelente solo sin alberca porque esta en remodelación

1 noche estadía para tomar avión siguiente día. En general bien el hotel. Algunas adecuaciones que ya habían sido avisadas.

Las dos noches sin agua caliente y muy poco estacionamiento

Está todo bien con el hotel, excepto la tele no funcionab, y el wifi cortaba cada rato

cerca del aeropuerto, buen servicio de shuttle, el hotel esta bonito, comodo. las almohadas no fueron lcomo en otros Holiday Inn que tienen una "suave" y otra mas dura, pero igual estuvieron comodas
