Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is hard to beat, easy access to key areas with lots of restaurants nearby. Good variety for breakfast but no black tea options at all, only herbal or coffee. Room was comfortable but very small, fine for somewhere just to sleep but longer stays might find it slightly claustrophobic

Hotel muito bem localizado. Muito limpo e organizado. As meninas do Brasil que ficam na área do café são muito atenciosas. Recomendo demais o hotel.

I loved my stay at the Hotel Europa. It's very well located and easily accessible. The reception staff were great, very helpful, polite, and attentive. The room and bathroom were the ideal size and clean. The breakfast was spectacular, worth the extra cost. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Italy. I highly recommend it.

Great location to everything for tourists. Only thing they had nothing in hotel except breakfast. But great little bar right out front door for coffee or drinks.

Erinomainen sijainti ja autoileville vieraille tarjolla pysäköinti. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen, erityismaininta runsaasta tarjonnasta tuoreita hedelmiä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ehdottomasti suosittelemisen arvoinen hotelli.

Posizione perfetta a pochi passi da piazza Bra. Struttura ben mantenuta ed in ordine, nonostante non sia nuovissima. Pulizia impeccabile e buona colazione. camere un pò piccole, ma dotate di tutti i confort. Unico appunto negativo sul direttore ( o proprietario ), leggermente scontroso e poco incline al sorriso. Arrivati di prima mattina, non consegnandoci la camera che sarebbe stata pronta alle 13, ci ha fatto pagare immediatamente le tasse di soggiorno. Ho pagato i soliti extra al check out ed avrei gradito fare un unico pagamento considerato che il soggiorno era saldato. Piccolezze che farebbero la differenza. Nulla da dire su tutto il resto del personale, molto cordiale, sorridente e disponibile.
