Good access to the bay facilities and easy walking. The room was very special having twin aspect windows one north out across the Irish Sea and one east along the promenade and bay

The staff were very polite and was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned daily. Food was very good and varied.The only criticism was that the main lift was out of order whilst we were there so had to use the smaller lift which often made it a longer wait to get to our room. We stayed for one night and from start to finish our stay was exceptional. All of the staff from the reception to the dining room to the bar were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. All customer facing institutions should send their staff here for lessons on how customer service should be. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the quietest we have ever stayed in. We had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant in the evening and breakfast the following morning was equally as good. We ate in the terrace which was a fabulous setting overlooking the sea. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We felt pampered and well looked after and would definitely stay there again.

I requested a sea view room and we had a lovely room at the top of the hotel with a balcony and views over Llandudno

Friendly and efficient staff; character Victorian hotel on sea front. Would definitely return, and Llandudno is an attractive town worth coming back to too.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Would be better if there is a small fridge in the room.

Large rooms, good ambience in restaurants and with tables on terrace overlooking the promenade. Accessibility good.

The hotel is lovely, elegant, quiet and with excellent rooms with amazing views Breakfasts were good Had our resident herring gull on the balcony The main gripe was with unfriendly staff who didn’t engage and looked very unhappy in their work. Had to repeatedly ask for used plates etc to be cleared away Such a pity to have to say that

The service and staff are unparalleled - personable, efficient and professional. Well kept property that only lacks some sort of air moving/handling, ceiling fans, etc.

Just a 1 night stay but enjoyed my stay very much was well looked after by all the friendly staff

we liked everything about the hotel it was perfect rooms very good food excellent and staff superb could not fault them friendly and helpful
