I liked everything

We reserved a premium room, but too far of be one. Not a nice view, ragged curtains, hairs in the bathroom tub and dusty desk.

They didnt respect reservation. I need to look arround hotel. all hotels was soldout. Very bad experience

The room 1619 is the worst. It is located behind the elevator it felt I was under a bridge and semitrucks passed all night long. My advise is please get rid of that room. Worst stay ever and I will never stay at a Hilton again.

We had a short stay in El Paso. Our experience at Doubletree was flawless thanks to staff.

Pool said it was Heated and it wasn't.

Easy check in, friendly front desk, the room was very clean.

Great location for the event we attended Horrible parking! Guests double parking in the garage just was not good. This hotel is dated the tub drained slow and carpet was dirty.

So close to downtown

Super friendly. Great service. Even decorated the room for my birthday as a surprise. Always great atmosphere

The only thing I didn’t like were the parking facilities.
