The pool was so fun! Water aerobics and the dj were great. The swim up bar was clean and the bartenders were efficient.

Realmente decepcionada de este hotel ,la limpieza tienen que mejorarla grandemente ,la animación es solo cuando hacen actividades y luego ya dejan cualquier música repetitiva mil veces.La comida del buffet horrible ,la semana entera la misma comida,sin variación alguna,decepcionante ni buen sabor tenía .No recomiendo este hotel ,ni mal gasté su dinero ,ni pasé unas vacaciones infeliz con su elección .

Love the place but needs to prove

A experiência foi péssima. A excessão de alguns colaboradores (recepção e área da praia) todo o demais foi um fiasco! Já havíamos ficado no hard rock antes inclusive em outros países mas o nível do hotel caiu muito! Simplesmente tudo no hotel eh pago a parte, todas as atividades tem um cobro extra, até restaurante pago a parte eles tem! O serviço de quarto não funciona, não haviam nem toalhas suficientes para a família no quarto, várias instalações estavam sujas com lixo jogado pela propriedade, várias coisas quebradas ou não funcionando… pedimos room service 2x em nenhuma delas o pedido chegou! Não se iluda com o all inclusive pois chegando lá vai ter que pagar tudo à parte ou enfrentar filas e longas demoras pra qualquer coisa. Estávamos comemorando um aniversário que avisamos e encomendamos um bolo com antecedência, nunca chegou. Staff mal preparado instalações sujas e barulho. Isso é garantido.

Resorts Lazy river and Ipenema restaurant were closed

Servicio ha desmejorado con el paso del tiempo, al no tener cerca de la playa el restaurant habilitado Ipanema y falta de opciones por el área no comida chatarra… inclusive se quedaron en varias ocasiones sin varios platos de los mismos por falta de insumos o máquinas en mantenimiento … hemos venido varias veces y esta ha sido sin duda una experiencia para replantearnos volver

Overall the experience at the hard rock was great . The only thing I would have them change is to tone down the aggressive staff trying to sale things. We are there to relax not be trampled by sale reps from the legendary service club and deal with attitudes because you say no to buying vacation packages.

We stayed near the kiddie pools which was convenient since we had took our kid with us. Staff was nice and attentive

There weren’t variety of restaurants for lunch and breakfast

No employee except the check in personal spoke any English. I thought since it’s a Hard Rock property there would be music from who is in the Hall of Fame, but I was mistaken all the live entertainment was in Spanish and so was the music. I personally don’t speak Spanish and not everyone who was there was from a country that speaks Spanish. It was probably the worst vacation I ever had. I’ve been to Mexico and everyone who worked there spoke English well enough to be understood and for them to understand me.

Overall, the Casino was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. The Resort rooms were very nice, liked the Bathrooms with separate toilet area and Walk-in Showers. Although, the Toilet area should have better Door privacy and lock to make you feel secure and private! Now the Activities, well if the Resort is All-Inclusive, why charge for Bowling $20 per Game....ridiculous and this is Mini Bowling! Mini Golf $10 per person for 10 Holes....again Ridiculous, the only Free inclusive Activity is the Pools. They had really good Pools, if the Lazy River would have been longer, I would have said Great Pools....The Beach area was good considering some Seaweed....The Food in the Restaurants were decent...There are plenty places to eat and snack every where! Be careful during the Off Resort tours and activities though Expedia! We booked two Off Resort Dune Buggy Activities, paid over $190. And neither Vendor was allowed on the Resort. So, we decided to cancel both and had problems contacting Expedia. When we finally reached Expedia, had to speak to several Agents before getting a Supervisor, who then stated that she would only Refund One Excursion! We will fight this tooth and nail...As Expedia should know which companies have Resort access and which ones don't! I mean that what we paid the Travel companies like Expedia for....to know these things and make our Trip Safe, Secure and Relaxing! So, Overall....the HardRock gets a strong 8+ or -9 out of 10. Expedia 6+.....
