The staff were so attentive and kind! The rooms were spacious and clean! It was such a nice visit and a great value!

It was a nice hotel and yes you can walk around but it was a little ways to river street where the restaurants etc. and also a little ways to Forsyth park if you are walking

Very nice hotel. The breakfast is nice and has various options. The pool area is also great, especially with the summer heat. You do have to pay $35 for valet, which I dont love but the valet is very fast and nice. I would stay here again.

Our family of three loved our stay. It's located just on the edge of the historic district and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Likewise, many great restaurants are close. The King bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room for the pull out couch. The pool area was also very nice. Everything was designed for comfort. Staff were superb and meet our every need with a smile. I will stay here for every visit to Savannah!

Stay was great, breakfast could be longer hours and more variety. Something everyday gets old fast. Creamers for coffee and juices for kids, other than oj. There is no parking for guest except valet at 35 dollars a night. Street parking around the area doesn’t make a woman feel safe. To walk late to hotel!!!!!!

Wir sind erst spät in der Unterkunft eingetroffen. Der Empfang war - im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf der Rundreise - nicht sonderlich gut. Es wurde alles nur runtergerasselt. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Die Dame vom Parkservice war deutlich freundlicher. Wir haben ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite mit Blick auf den Parkplatz bekommen. Die Zimmer zum wunderschönen Innenhof dürften deutlich besser sein, wie im Übrigen auch die Morgenschicht an der Rezeption. Das amerikanische Frühstück entsprach den Erwartungen.

The elevator was out of order during our stay, so the room was changed last minute. With the elevator being down, it would have been nice to receive some assistance with getting my bags to the room. The room had some issues as well. The shower was clogged to the point where there were several inches of standing water. When I asked for help with the shower, the staff were less than friendly and at first gave a quote to repair the shower that meant it would not work properly during our entire stay. Luckily, they did fix it by midday. The bathroom plumbing made loud, strange noises that woke me up during the night. The morning team seemed short-staffed as when calling for valet, there was no answer and it took longer than normal to get assistance, about 15 minutes. Positives - the evening valet person was incredibly friendly and responsive and check-out process was quick.

Upon arrival we were advised that parking was either by valet for an additional 35.00 or we could take a chance and try to find a space fome the limited amount of spots around the building

While the front desk and kitchen staff were very nice and hard working, they appeared to be understaffed. The housekeeping staff was supposed to clean the room every other day, but they didn't show up once in 5 days and we had to beg the front desk for towels. Otherwise, the location was great and the hotel was nice. And we had a great visit.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful! I was greeted by the beautiful receptionist, Janelle, with a very bright and vibrant smile and personality. She was very professional, informative and helpful and made our check-in very easy. Vanti, the valet parking attendant was very polite and helpful as well. He even informed me of nearby restaurants we might enjoy. I can't remember all of the staff names, but everone was very professional and polite. The beds were very comfortable and clean and all the areas in the room too. The outside space by the pool area was very clean and quiet. We were able to enjoy sitting and relaxing in a safe space. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely recommend others to book.
