The staffs were friendly and helpful. Katarina even helped me check in earlier than the usual time which I appreciated a lot. The location is good and has an easy walking access to trams. The space of the room and amenities are quite useful especially if you fancy cooking to save on your trip. I’d come back next time.

Clean room and well equipped. Staff were polite and helpful. As a suggestion only though. They have a lovely garden area but it could do with a little tidy up.

Good sized room with kitchenette and decent sized bathroom. Good location to tram stop and sites.

Great location, very comfy room, lovely shower, bed, space, kitchenette. Considering how expensive out and about in Basel is, the studio was a heaven of luxury to rest and enjoy. A deciding factor in choosing the hotel was the inclusive Basel card. Worth it. The staff are friendly and the lobby is inviting to seat and read for a bit. As a solo traveller everything felt welcoming

Clean but very noisy, no sound proofing. Not from the street but others rooms, heard ppl walk, stomping around half the night. Two nights from the room beside me. Not only from above. Couldn’t change room, hotel fully booked. Btw s Had trouble sleeping with ! Earplugs ! And! White Noise!

Kitchen is excellent - so nice to have a kettle for tea and a big refrigerator that actually works well!! Much appreciated. Could you please consider having one more chair in the room and take away the rickety little café-chair? There is a good desk and good table, but nowhere to sit and work for longer than a few minutes and nowhere to sit and relax for a while. You used to have soft chairs and and a chair for working on my laptop. Please bring those back.

The hotel was well located, easy to walk to the main attractions, but also easy to access with a car. The free parking was appreciated. They lent us an adapter, which is a good little bonus. The room was clean, the kitchen useful with even a dish washer. The mattress was too hard for our liking.

Spacious room. Great staff. Very accommodating. Tasty breakfast.
