It was a nice clean room.

Friendly staff and super helpful checking in.

It was exactly what we wanted and expected. Staff was super friendly.

Swimming pool was out of order. The person at the front desk was courteous but looked like in a rush. He could be a little more relaxed.

I enjoyed my stay felt so comfortable and I'll keep coming back. Great staff members

The ice machine on the 5th floor was either empty or didn't work

AIR CONDITIONER REALLY DOES NOT KEEP ROOM COOL, ROOM IS STUFFY. HAIR WAS IN SHOWER AND ON SINK. JUST DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE.

Breakfast was pretty good for being the free option. Sometimes it’s pretty basic, this one was good. The staff was attentive and nice. I was really dehydrated and need rest, there was a jr high school band group there and we ended up by an aspiring violinist. After several hours of heavily mediocre serenades, the staff was very nice and accommodating when we asked for another room. Went to the 5th floor within 10 mins. Will stay at a Fairfield again. And again… this one’s staff was particularly nice and attentive.

Everything from check in to check out was excellent. The staff members were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great and they had an excellent assortment of food items to choose from. Definitely will stay here again next time we’re in Austin!!!

Pool was closed, specifically restved there because of indoor pool. When told person at desk the said they could cancel my reservation if i wanted. I drove 4 hours where would I stay. To where she had no response.

The customer service is amazing. Only thing is when I went the pool was getting maintenance done. So no pool. But the breakfast was amazing and also housekeeping.

As soon as we walked in another guest was compaining about the baby bed rail being broken and nothing had been done for 2 days. We still checked in .3 rooms.after we check in we come to find out the pool was closed. The reason we picked the hotel was because it had the indoor pool. There are bed bugs in our room. And room 205 had no hot water... ALL out rooms were hot. The ac is super loud and doesn't cool the room. We all slept with no blankets on thats how hot it was in our rooms. The front desk gentleman Jose Is very hars to hear even at 3 feet away. He literally whispers to guest.i will say beds are soft. If you use their shampoo and conditioner expect to have everything watered down.

Very clean and comfortable room. Front desk clerk very polite and professional which is sombras to find nowadays.

One of the elevator did not work and it appeared they had no intention of repairing it

The beds and room are way too small compare to other Fairfield I have stayed in.
