My check in experience was easy and the guest service rep was helpful was helpful and friendly. I think his name was Neil.

Everything was great! From check in to check out! Neil was awesome and then I forgot my phone and they were amazing letting me back in after check out! Thank you. Will be going back soon

I stayed for 4 days 4 nights my room wasn't cleaned once no fresh towel. Are you doing check the garbage one time other than that housekeeping was not involved at all.

Too much noise and elevators not working.

The room was clean and up to date. The only issue was the elevator having a delay

No me quedé a dormir en ese hotel, el ruido era insoportable, parecía que estaba sentada en la banqueta, pedimos cambio de habitación y no había disponible por lo que decidí dejar el hotel donde solo estuve dos hr, necesito que me hagan mi rembolso ya que me hicieron n cargo por $9,876.23pesos,equivalente al total de las noches que no utilice

I was shocked at the condition of the bathtub. It needs to be resurfaced of cleaned. I used a towel to step into shower

Neil at checkin was very kind and attentive. The evening after checkin our shower head was spraying out of tube creating a flood. Neil instantly moved us to another room. So grateful he did.

The room was in good condition. I did notice that the inside of the toilet had residue upon arrival. I also noticed makeup on the white comforter, overall we had a good stay.

We arrived but was turned away because the desk employee said they did not accept Chime as payment. There was nothing anywhere posted online to give this warning. We’ve never had issues with this before and had to search last minute on a busy weekend and pay a much higher rate because we were turned away

Key property equipment needs maintenance. The hotel has two elevators and one of them was permanently not available for 6 days. We were informed that it has been down for weeks. Only one slow elevator was left to share between cleaning staff and hotel guests. Really not acceptable. All other items were reasonably provided.

Refrigerator was noisy couldn't sleep well all night..otherwise room was good. No veg options in breakfast.

The ice makers weren’t working, only one elevator was working, the pool was not open, our carpet was wet when we arrived and made the room smell funny all weekend. There were no extra plugs for my devices. I had to unplug lights to plug my stuff in which was inconvenient.

Jose at the front desk really made a difference in our experience. We're grateful for such an easy check-in with all the information provided. He's has wonderful customer service which is most important these days.
