Room was clean and comfortable except the Sofa bed. Sofa bed is not good, need a better bed. They should provide additional bed topper! Sink drain was broken and could not be fixed. We stayed only for one night and did not have time to switch rooms. Breakfast was good. Overall clean and very nice.

Breakfast was great. The front desk was very polite and helpful. The area around the hotel didn’t offer a lot so it was a quiet stay. The room was clean and the pool area was clean. My only complaint is the air in the work out room was not working and it was too hot. 85 degrees.

I liked the look/feel,, the indoor pool,, the room was pretty nice also i will definitely be back!!!

Evening staff was acceptable. Morning staff had a slow demeanor. Breakfast staff didnt understand English at all, when i asked for a broom to clean up someone else's spilled breakfast all over the floor. I finally went & asked the front desk & she didnt even know where a broom was. Breakfast staff doesn't know the difference between sausage gravy & grits.

Nice room, bed was comfortable. Breakfast good. Only complaint is the water pressure for the shower. Not very good made it hard for rinsing the shampo.

They were helpful for my knees, I told them that I was having a knee surgery and they put me almost at the end of the hall as far as as possible from the elevators. Won’t be staying at those hotels again. NOT Handicap friendly.

I stayed at this property 4-27-25 and my window curtains were broken and then I came home with bed bugs. I had to go to the doctor to find out why I was having all these random bumps on my body. I didn’t have this until I left this hotel

The ease of getting on and off the interstate. It was clean and quiet

Very easy to find. Surrounded by food options and close to the freeway. No freeway noise.

The staff was really good and check in was easy. This place is run down and while it was mostly clean it was ok for a quick night sleep but it wasnt exactly a good preat place.

Comfy bed, clean property, overall. Maintenance not being done. Occasional table just fell apart when I place my iPad Mini on it—call to front desk found “maintenance guy left at 4 and there’s no one else to ring you another one,”) upper half of illuminated mirror in bathroom not lit (gives you that great “ghoul” look in the mirror,) hair dryer buttons stick and entire piece felt like it had been dropped in a bowl of cola. HotBreakfast mediocre at best…pancake machine broken, limited yogurt selection. There are better places in this hospitality park.

Beds were hard but the room was decent

Rooms were very nice and large Hot breakfast was not the worst I have had at a hotel but it was also not the best

Terrible. Our room window shades were stuck down so the room was dark all the time. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:00 am. At 6:30 still no breakfast, no hot water, no coffee. About 20 people waiting. We left. We will never stay here again. We had stayed here before. It has gone downhill fast.

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent

Actual room was fine but as we were checking in, a pimp and his girls were coming in. They are clearly regulars by the way the check in guy treated them. Parking around the facility was sketchy as well, felt very uneasy leaving anything from our 10 day trip in the car.

Had places to eat walking distance

The property is the same as you would expect of any Holiday Inn, The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We came in a bit late and was looking to go the fast food restaurant across the street. I asked at the front desk clerk if the inside was open for service. We had missed it by minutes. The clerk looked the number up on the computer, called them on the phone and made arrangements for us to walk over and place an order. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We would stay again.
