First the pool was out of order and evidently had been for months, but no mention of that on Expedia. We had booked the hotel for the pool for the kids, so that was quite disappointing. When I turned down the sheets in the bed I first noticed a lot of debris or flecks of dirt, and then I saw a tiny crawling bug in the fold of the sheets. NOPE. We checked out immediately, but were told we could not be refunded since we had booked through Expedia

Awesome room and staff!!

The room pictures on the website did not match the hotel's actual room. There were supposed to be a separate bedroom and living space, according to the pictures online. The room was actually one room. The condition of the hotel itself I do not think is up to par with other HI Expresses we have stayed at. Very outdated, service was slow. The breakfast was fine and the staff attending breakfast was very friendly.

Pool was out of commission, our room was missing a tv and even though we booked 2 rooms they weren’t even on the same floor

We had to change rooms due to the TV not working properly. The new room's air conditioner wasn't working properly.

I was not happy waking up at 6 because of the brightness in the room. The blinds were a thin see through mesh curtain. The sun came in the room at around 6:15 and that’s when I was fully awake up and could not fall back to sleep. I did not get rest because of this. Very disappointed.

Hotel was quiet and in the right location for why we were traveling. Had a first floor room. Some issues-black out shade was broken and could not roll up, but in a way was a good thing- huge ground light on all night outside of our room. Poor water pressure in shower, and had to leave the water on hot in shower for 10 min before it would get close to warm. Never did get hot This was 11pm at night.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with family. Overall, the stay was decent—clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. However, the breakfast experience was a big letdown. They recently installed an automated pancake machine, and unfortunately, the pancakes tasted like plastic—completely inedible. The overall breakfast options were very limited and of noticeably low quality. For a hotel catering to families and longer stays, we expected better variety and fresher options. It’s a shame because everything else about the stay was pleasant, but breakfast definitely needs a serious upgrade. If you’re planning to stay here, you might want to make alternate breakfast plans.

Good to stay

Siempre me he hospedado en esta cadena de hotel cuando tengo necesidad de hacer viajes rápidos a otros estados y hasta ahora había tenido excelentes experiencias pero en esta ocasión he quedado muy decepcionada. Es cierto que llegamos antes del horario de check in y nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba lista que la estaban limpiando en ese momento, pero a pesar de que explicamos que estábamos llegando de un viaje muy largo desde otro estado y que estábamos con un bebé pequeño, no se nos ofreció ninguna otra opción para poder esperar más cómodos, o para ducharnos, o siquiera para desayunar porque era temprano. Luego de 4 largas horas nos dieron la habitación, supuestamente recién limpiada, pero las imágenes hablan por si solas, habían telas de araña en las lamparas, el tv no se conectó nunca al Internet, la puerta del cuarto no cerraba de manera correcta y la puerta del baño no le funcionaba el seguro. Estábamos tan cansados que no dijimos nada (solo queríamos descansar un poco) pues teníamos que en la madrugada continuar viaje. Pero quedamos muy decepcionados.

BEDBUGS!!! Had to switch rooms at 1:30am because there were bedbugs in the bed!! Disgusting! Originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but after switching rooms, then the fire alarm going off at 7am, got no sleep, decided to check out and find other accommodations…received the worst customer service from the front desk clerk, not only when checking out but also at check in! He made sure to let me know I’d be charged for both nights…I protested saying I’d like to talk to the manager about being reimbursed for the inconveniences the night before, he said multiple times that there was NOTHING he could do and his manager left at 3…he wouldn’t call his manager, literally said “not sure what you want me to do”…I was beyond frustrated! I will NEVER stay at this location again! Told the next guy in line to make sure he checks his room for bedbugs and left!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!

Water in shower was not hot at all. Pool was ice cold.

Great place, clean and safe. It was a bit difficult to locate.

Surprisingly solid breakfast buffet. The fitted sheet in the room was ripped. Gotta take the good with the bad.

Very clean, great air quality in the room is one thing I look for. Hotel looks updated and the breakfast was amazing!! Great stay.

Very nice place to stay and have multiple things around you without going too far from the hotel. Safe and quiet as well.

The room was extremely hot. We were able to put the “cool” option on the thermostat, but the fan would not stay on and it would blow cool air every 30mins. We were given 1 key at check in for 4 adults. And given 2 towels for 4 people. Breakfast was good and ease of checkin.
