O hotel possui uma estrutura excelente, com áreas comuns muito agradáveis, bem cuidadas e bonitas. O atendimento foi impecável em todos os setores, desde a recepção e o café da manhã até os serviços na praia e no restaurante. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável, e o banheiro também é bom. No entanto, conta com banheira, o que pode comprometer a mobilidade de algumas pessoas. Embora o hotel esteja localizado em uma área mais afastada do centro de Dubrovnik, há pontos de ônibus muito próximos, o que facilita o deslocamento. Além disso, o custo do Uber para outras regiões é acessível. A praia vinculada ao hotel fica na área de outra unidade da mesma rede. O mar é lindo, calmo e muito agradável para banho. Para utilizar as espreguiçadeiras, é cobrada uma taxa — se não me engano, 25 euros por dia —, mas também é possível apenas frequentar a praia sem contratar esse serviço. Segui a recomendação do hotel e fiz o passeio “Três Ilhas”, mas, pessoalmente, não achei interessante. A experiência foi um pouco cansativa e, na minha opinião, não valeu a pena. No geral, recomendo muito o hotel e, em uma próxima viagem à Dubrovnik, muito provavelmente me hospedarei lá novamente.

Hotellet gav ett välskött och inbjudande intryck, med fräscha rum och en miljö som kändes både trivsam och genomtänkt. Frukosten var över förväntan, med ett brett och varierat utbud av hög kvalitet. Tillgången till både pool och badstrand var mycket uppskattad och bidrog till en avslappnad vistelse. När jag behövde få kläder strukna erbjöds jag två olika alternativ, vilket var både smidigt och uppskattat. Gymmet var fullt tillräckligt för att vara ett hotellgym, men skulle kunna uppdateras något – särskilt med tanke på att hotellet har ett modernt och välutvecklat spa i direkt anslutning. Personalen förtjänar ett särskilt omnämnande – mycket serviceinriktad och tillmötesgående. Trots att många var unga upplevdes de som erfarna, professionella och trygga i sina roller, vilket gjorde ett mycket positivt intryck.

Room was tidy and air conditioning was great. Outdoor and indoor pools were excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

We stayed at a hotel that is impressively committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, which I truly appreciate. The grounds were modern yet beautifully designed, with unique features and thoughtful touches throughout. That said, the room had a musty odor, and the air conditioning was limited to a minimum of 22°C (set between 24–22°C), which could be uncomfortable—especially for someone like me going through menopause. Our room faced the full sun during the day, so it did get quite warm when the A/C was off while we were out. One standout was the breakfast—truly one of the best I’ve ever had. There were countless options catering to a wide range of dietary needs, allergies, and preferences. It was thoughtfully curated and delicious. Another highlight was the Coral Beach Club nearby—an absolutely stunning and lively spot where we truly felt like VIPs. There’s no entry fee; you simply cover the cost of food and drinks, and they provide everything else—an incredible value. The hotel also seems like a wonderful place for families with young children, with plenty of activities to keep them engaged. Although I didn’t get the chance to try the spa, it looked like a serene and luxurious space worth exploring on a future visit.

All staff and customers were very respectful to each other. A really friendly environment.

Pænt hotel med bus linje 6 til Old town. Man kunne benytte søsterhotellets pool med vandrutsjebane til ungerne. God morgenmad, men mange mennesker.

Standard hotel room, needed to request a walk in shower instead of a bath/shower combo. The Buffet Dinning for Breakfast and Dinner provided great food. Wait staff would benifit with better training. Cleaning staff would definately need further training, and be on hand throughout the dining times. Some patrons were very messy and didnt care.

Rejste som familie med vores søn på 2,5. Det var helt vildt godt for vores dreng, som kunne bruge meget mere tid der. Maro World, poolen og området var rigtig godt. Vi kommer tilbage.

Sejour fantastique au Valamar Lacroma ! Tout a etait parfait : de l'accueil, à la chambre, aux restaurants et aux piscines ! Tout le personnel est incroyablement aimable :). Je recommande à 1000% ! Ps: ideal en famille. Mon fils de 4 ans a adoré le Maro World.

Belíssimo resort, com excelente estrutura de restaurantes, piscinas, quartos...enfim, tudo que um bom resort deve ter. Grande escolha para se hospedar em Dubrovnik.

Whole hotel is excellent, very clean, staff all very attentive and polite. Setting and views are stunning.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel has amazing facilities and the staff were very polite and catered to every need. The breakfast was amazing, especially the omlettes.

Location was great. Not impresses as our fridge wasn't working. This was reported on Monday and got it fixed on Thursday.This being a basic necessity for every room I am unimpressed by the fact that this was not checked before the check in peocess.

Hotel part of several hotels which were next to each other, so services could be used in all the adjacent hotels. Big complex with buffets, playland, spa etc. Clean and luxurious feeling. Very good breakfast. Beautiful location and possibility to walk on small trails to the other hotels and to a hotel beach.

Our stay at Valamar Lacroma was delightful! We informed them we were on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to a stunning Suite, such a thoughtful gesture! We especially loved every staff member we met, their service was top tier. We especially want to give a shout out to Dubravka and Hrvoje at the front desk who helped us with a very complicated issue and spent quite some time translating for us! We also got great recommendations and service from Dominik and Marin! Also have to mention breakfast, loved the selections! One side note, you do have to walk pretty far for the beach. We definitely wished that there was a more private beach option we could use with lounge chairs that you don't have to pay for.
