Perfect stay - staff was amazing and room was cozy and clean.

I am very satisfied with my stay. I had a convention to go to at the Henry Gonzales Convention Center for the International Roofing Show. The hotel was 20 minutes from the airport and about 25 minutes from the convention center.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location was amazing and was close to restaurants and shopping.

El primer día llegamos y el wc estaba muy sucio y encontramos unas calcetas que no eran de nosotros. Avisamos a la recepción y no atendieron la solicitud. Al día siguiente de nuevo la limpieza de la habitación fue muy mala. Pésima la limpieza de la habitación.

Doubletree by Hilton in Northwest San Antonio is a very good close to destination hotel. Clean large rooms and large comfortable lobby areas with small bar and select menu restaurant with great service. Quality food. Great place to stay for business or pleasure near UTSA.

Los cuartos olían a orines de perro son alfombras deberían asignar un piso sin alfombra para quienes disfrutan de sus mascotas así como son libre de humo el hotel podría ser tres pisos libres de animales por el olor normal que es pero muy fuerte al ser ya manchado en alfombra es mi sugerencia lo demás excelente servicio de Guillermo el encargado de restaurante y cocina excelente!!!

Two cars were broken into in the parking lot while checking in. It was quick. The window glass was smashed and purses and luggage were stolen in broad daylight.

Perfect spot for UTSA parents

The phone didn’t work in my room, so no room service. The food was subpar. But the staff is great. It’s clean as well. Wish there was good creamer in the room for coffee. Overall I would stay there again.

The walls are paper thin and you could hear your neighbor’s.my room fridge was loud as well

We had a great stay. The individual checking us in was extremely friendly and helpful. They checked in with us frequently throughout the trip to make sure our stay was going well. The only compliant I had was the shower. It took over five minutes for the water to warm up and it was very hard to get the shower water to turn off.

Liked the gated parking and dining options inside and around the hotel.

Interior was nice. Staff was nice for the most part. However its right behind a bunch of fast food joints and trashy corner store with no actual safe parking. First night there my vehicle was broken into. $1000 worth of damage. Couldnt get the video because the manager was the only one who could access it and they were never there. Would never stay at this hotel, or area, again
