WeStay staff were so unpleasant that almost a month later I still recoil at the recollection! It ruined the whole stay- we checked out 4 hours into our stay. Never again!

I've stayed in this apartment block before but in nicer apartments while there was nothing really wrong with the apartment the standard had been set and our sum with disappointed.

This apartment is nothing like the listing suggests. The photos show a clean and well-maintained space, but in reality, it is old, dirty, and neglected. The dining chairs and sofa are filthy, the pots and Pyrex are chipped and look like they’ve been around for a century, and the duvet is so worn out that all the filling has shifted to the sides - leaving you essentially sleeping under a bedsheet. The blanket in the cupboard? Don’t even consider using it. The carpet in one of the bedrooms has holes, and the entire room has an unpleasant, ingrained musty dirty smell. It was so bad that I checked out three days early and booked a clean hotel for the same price. I would not recommend staying here.

This was our second time staying here. The central location makes it easy to walk around.

My account was hacked and they allowed the person to stay Bear the name on my account did not match the reservation and yet they allow them to stay there. Please do not stay there.

Apartments are ok, but in need of a refresh. The building itself is undergoing construction, so not an ideal time to visit.

Check in and check out times are very strict, some furnishings are not so new. But friendly staff, well resourced kitchen and washing machine.

It looks like people are living in the building and some apartments are rented out. The building was safe and quiet but there are no food options onsite. The apartments also had slightly different items (e.g. one had 2 heaters and a hairdryer whereas the second apartment only had 1 heater and no hairdryer). Both had good views. The building is close to Sandton Mall. I was in contact with reception via WhatsApp and they were very accomodating to my requests and very responsive.

We arrived late, but the communication was great and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was clean and well stocked with all that was required for an overnight stay. Great rates and lovely apartment. Thank you :)

The location was nice, would have liked to be credited a day since our flight was canceled.

It was amazing and very very relaxing

Property is beatiful. All you need for a short trip is there. The only problem we had was i the bathroom: one coyld not regulate properly flow of hot and cold water. Hot was the only coming and it was difficult to bath.

Lovely apt needs new lounge furniture and bathroom mats.

We booked a smoking apartment only to be told we cannot smoke in the apartment, yet there is ashtray provided. On our arrival the duvet covers had yellowish color stains and when we asked for it to be changed we where told it only gets washed on a Tuesday. We checked in on Thursday. The sofas where old very old and torn. The tin opener was blunt and could open a can, that also was an issue to have it replaced. There was no hand or dish towels provided. Bath towels where never washed and we where forced to use them for 2 days. When we requested new towels we where told there where no towels available and they will wash the towels and have them replaced in 2 hours. Extremely horrible service and would not recommend anyone to stay at this apartment.

The place I booked online was totally different to the pictures advertised. That is very disappointing and false advertising.

The rooms were comfortable, but the sofa needed to be updated. Perfect if traveling in a large group. The pool area is lovely. There is no grocery store in walking distance:( but there is a McDonald's around the corner.
