The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice that the casino and dining were so close

Room was nice, beds comfortable. They were replacing the carpet on 2 floors so many rooms not filled. The casino was dead, no one was in any of the restaurants, not sure they were even open. One of the sports bars had a few people. It was kind of eery. I the price was right, so it didn't bother us.

Everything was great. People were super friendly.

Rooms were filled with smoke even though the hotel side is "non-smoking". It was awful.

Will definitely stay again

Had a great stay here! The staff was super friendly, from check in to the staff at the casino, everyone had great customer service. The room was super clean and pretty quiet, we didn’t hear our neighbors or anything. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again!

The room was good. My disappointment was this… I prepaid for my rooms for my trip. Upon arrival, Check in was smooth. We stayed one night. The following morning upon checkout, we find that they billed us another 18.95 “resort fee”due at checkout. Why? There is no resort! Why wasn’t this fee included in my original purchase price??? This is shady and rediculous. I believe that the leave the 19.00 off to make their rates look better to get more rooms rented and then charge the extra 19.00 afterward because your stuck paying it at this point and they make another 19.00 off of the room. I will not be back.

Clean room. Property fee is $22.13 not what is listed in Hotels.com, which was a little irritating.

We came from out of town to see a concert at this casino. Hotel staff were excellent. Around 6 or 7 different restaurants to choose from. And lot of things to do. We plan on doing it again in May

Room was great and clean. Complaints are with the staff being knowledgeable and having to pay more at check in that I paid for the room through hotels.com. I was told I would be credited back what was a "deposit" but still haven't been and they tell me that I have to speak with my bank bc it's not on their end now.. just not a good experience and feel like 100 was just stolen from me and no one will help.

Easy check in, clean, comfortable room

I booked the room due to the valet parking.. after arriving I found out it wasn’t available.. the nearest handicapped parking was reserved for big spenders they told me.. the next was 200 yds away.. while two disabled veterans struggled with the distance and a wheelchair not one person offered any assistance.. then half the food courts were not open.. very disappointing
