Room is very tired, rather dirty and had a terrible damp smell. There was also construction going on outside my room until 2:30am, hammering, pipes being dragged across the floor and lots of shouting - I went and spoke to the reception and they told me there was nothing they could do despite the hotel being quiet.

Chambre propre et lit confortable.

Breakfast is not what you expect to get when you pay this much per night. Otherwise friendly staff, good spa massage (thanks Adzidza) and good location with a galleria nearby. Also check out Stah restaurant at the far end of the street.

Our room was dated with only 1 plug socket in the whole room and a broken curtain. It was comfortable and quiet though which is great. I want to give the hotel 5 stars as it has so much potential if it just made a little more effort. Tables are dirty in dining area and in bedroom but otherwise it’s a clean place. Location is perfect but swimming pool is like ice water so impossible to use. No one used the pool during our stay and all the guests complained about it.
