V decent breakfast which exceeded our expectations

The lady in reception was also the waitress & the cook of the microwave food. Really not good enough for a 4 star hotel. People had to wait in reception whilst she got other customers food out of the microwave. Nothing stated that there was no chef & only microwave food. I gave my card as a security for the room but was charged more than the room & food yesterday. This shouldn’t happen. I have received the credit today but that then means 2 transactions. Parking also debatably as we have a blue badge.

Chambre agréable et calme, l'hôtel est situé près de l'Erdre. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. Joli hotel situé derrière un restaurant gastronomique. Cadre agréable.

NICKEL RAS hotel propre et bien situé seul bémol restauration du soir choix un peu limité dessert principalement

Le personnel est très accueillant, très aimable et serviable mais les cartes d’accès aux chambres ne marchent quasiment jamais, le mobilier est vieux et la moquette dans toute la chambre est à éviter si vous avez des allergies

Le moins bon Best Western + que j'ai pu faire, mais d'un autre côté, le plus cher. Même le petit-déjeuner n'était pas du tout "magique". Ne mérite pas 4*.

Tres joli hotel, jolie chambre, propre, spacieuse. Environs magnifiques. Personne au depart super souriante, celle à l arrivée bcp moins....
