Fantastiskt läge. Nu lågsäsong och arbete pågick i hotellet. Störde lite. Saknade möjlighet till kaffekokning på rummet. Personalen mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. Mycket aktiviteter i restauranten.

Wifi was so weak, we all had to use my husband hotspot. Also the hotel was very old

Convenient to get to and park at. Easy check in.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Overall an enjoyable stay at a reasonable price.

Konstig lukt på rummen inte väldoftande

Had a really lovely stay at the Arrayanes Plays Hotel. The room was great with a really comfortable bed. The balcony provided a beautiful view across the bay with amazing sunrises. The pool was a good size with great views too. The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout my stsy

Extremely noisy

Dårlige senge forhold. Sengene med hjul under gav problemer. En dobbeltseng som var fast forankret var ar foretrække. God morgenmad. Venligt personale.

The staff were kind. The hotel was in a beautiful spot and the balcony was nice. The Hotels.com description said parking was available — this was a bit unclear.. Turns out that the available parking was 3 spots out front (not designated for the hotel). We found a public parking garage about 1/2 mile away (wish that we had known ahead of time ). Also Hotels.com stated that this hotel had laundry facilities (which we were counting on). This hotel DOES NOT have laundry facilities. We needed to walk about 30 minutes to find a laundromat. Lastly, we were unable to get a hot shower, the water was tepid, barely warm

Tout d'abord lors de l'accueil il n'y avait personne un papier était mis pour appeler un numéro mais ça ne répondait pas, pareil pour le check out. L'arrivée est marqué à 14h et en récupérant les clés à 15h nous avons eu une chambre pas encore nettoyée. De plus l'état de la chambre en lui même laissé à désirer. Le personnel n'était aussi pas très sympathique et n'a fait aucun effort

Great location restaurant excellent, staff friendly and helpful, comfortable bed, nice balcony for sitting, pool was nice but no lounge chairs or tables and have to use bath towels from unit, we liked it we stayed another night

DAR LA ENHORABUENA A LA DIRECCIÓN DEL HOTEL Y AL PERSONAL DEL MISMO POR EL TRATO RECIBIDO. GRACIAS. SI DIOS QUIERE VOLVEREMOS.

Le hace falta una renovación. Los sanitarios antiguos pared, armario ventanas también antiguos. La cama de matrimonio de 135. La atención perfecta por parte de la mujer de recepción. Pero hay que darle un lavado de cara. Las vistas geniales a la playa. Tienen una terraza muy agradable y con variedad de comidas.

The prices were very reasonable given the amazing location. The restaurant next door provided us with a buffet breakfast up to midday which I didn't expect. I was glad to support a Cuban businesswoman.

Spent too much time driving around looking for a parking space!!!
