The hotel looks fine but the photos online are deceptive. The wifi was really bad, and after multiple attempts they offered us to change our room at 12 midnight, really?? It’s better to chose a hotel near the restaurant area, because this hotel or area doesn’t really offer anything more than a room.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Lupita at front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was conventionally located across the street. Highly recommend

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was great! Everything was clean. Kid friendly. The pool is great especially because it is hot in Loreto.

Super quiet hotel that is close to the airport and close to main square. Hot breakfast every morning. The pool is warm, and the hotel is clean. It is a simple hotel without a gym. Air conditioning works well, and the bathroom is newly remodeled. It is a great price, and the staff is great. Huge parking lot across the street in the rear of the hotel that is locked at night so the car is safe. There is a bar by the pool too.

Mostly clean, except bathroom sink. Good pillows and bedding. Small TV and most channels in Spanish (it is Mexico!), but 78 and 80 in English. Nice staff. We had dogs so had to go to hotel next door for food outside. Beautiful pool and courtyard. We also appreciate the secure parking as we are in a Ford F250 long bed towing a trailer.

Great place to stay. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, quick hot water. Breakfast buffet wonderful for variety and quality. One wish - to have a small refrigerator for cold water and left over food!!

A l'arrivée ma réservation ne correspondait pas à celle qu'avait l'hôtel qui était décalée d'une journée. J'ai dû renvoyer le mail de ma confirmation à l'hôtel mais ça a bien pris une heure. Moment de solitude. Problème de gestion avec Hotels.com Sinon, l'hôtel est agréable
