Overall a good hotel but our stay was impacted by maintenance work going on and only one working lift.

The facility was at continent location for my travel. The restaurant has decent food, but the rooms are old and overdue for renovations. Bathrooms needs major updates. Despite many complains and attempts by the staff the internet didn't work. I usually work when I travel, and this was a major disappointment.

Breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet, and staff. Squeaky wooden floor, older room, low quality bath towels, awkward partition in bath where water flows into rest of the bathroom, no exhaust fan, bathroom would fogged up after shower.

I have booked for 2 nights. When next day morning after breakfast I told them that I will check out at 14:00, they have not accepted i. e. They have taken charges for 2 nights but I have allowed to stay for 1 night.

Desk Staff is confused and slow if you book online. Otherwise good people.

been here many times but they still don't seem to have our booking when we get there! Happens every time! Apart from that it is a good hotel to stay for a few days!

Have stayed here before! The hotel is functional and okay for what you pay for. The hotel did not have my second expedia booking on their system as I had booked 2 rooms. It was a good job I had my email confirmation with me!

Good business hotel. Room was clean, comfortable with contemporary design. Food was OK but nothing special. Hotel is a 5min tuk-tuk ride from the rail station and in a central position for all industry in Ankleshwar.
