Very clean and welcoming

Staff was not friendly and they did not inform me that there was a charge of $50 for "incidentals" up front.

Nice hotel with great location.

The only real downfall was the bar/restaurant wasn't open. Had to walk down the road, not too far to Hooters which isn't really convenient. Hooters WAS the best one I've been too however which saved the day. I was not expecting much, but they were super nice and actually had great food. If the bar would have been open the hotel would have gotten the other star rating from me. We will stay there again.

The tv wasnt visble from the bed, the toilet didnt flush right, the bathtub was worn and stained, mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. I wore sandles in the shower for fear of fungus.

Staff was excellent. Appreciated that we could get breakfast at the hotel. There were a bunch of families there with softball players but we could hear any noise or commotion. Our only issue was the quality of the mattresses. They were pretty hard with little give.

I just wanted to start with Thank You for ACTUALLY providing a clean hotel. I’ve been disappointed many times with hotels that say they will provide clean facilities and it’s been ridiculous with post covid hotel standards. We slept great. Hotel was crazy busy with loads of travel ball. Hotel parking wasn’t a bad price. I refuse to give my personal information to access internet that I’m paying for. Hated that part of our stay otherwise. Why can’t I just have a link? Instead you make me give my email for an account. Walked over to Cabels to wrap up our night. Slept great

Toilet seat did not fit the toilet. Almost fell every time. The refrigerator didn't fit its cabinet. Shower faucet etc was old. The hot and cold sign kept spinning. Pillows hard and hard things poking out. A lot of little things that I would not expect at a Marriott. No times listed for the bistro.

Everything was beyond expectations. We had a wonderful stay.

Nice Hotel, quiet and clean.

The staff were very pleasant. Very welcoming.

They did not have complementary coffee. They had a Starbucks counter that had their expresso machine broke for over a month so they only sold coffee. It didn’t open up during the week till 6:30am and 7:00am on weekends.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and well maintained.

No continental breakfast or free coffee in the lobby area.

The staff was nice but when we arrived the room we book and prepaid for wasn’t ready until 2am. Had to wait hours for the room to be ready

It was such a nice place we decide on our way back through Omaha we are staying at the same Hotel

The additional paying for parking/promo code was an additional step I was surprised about.

Internally the facility was very neat and clean. The exterior surrounding concrete and parking areas could be improved.
