We stay at this hotel because it’s the only hotel in area that we are visiting. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent

Good stay for a hockey tournament. Rooms were nice and big.

the room was nice and quiet. Everything you needed was in the room its to bad that there is not an ice machine on the third floor. when we arrived at 5pm there was a basketball team before us. I went to the front counter and the gentleman at the desk did not even greet me. I was busy on the computer and I found out after I had stood there for 3-5 minutes that he was waiting for a guest to return with his ID. I feel that he should have taken my ID while the other guest was out looking for his ID. but he never suggested that. Then the guest arrived and registered and then I learned that the whole team still had to provide ID and other necessary requirements for their stay. I finally said will it be better if we just returned later and he finally looked at me and said that was my choice so I left. We checked in 2 hours later and the staff member still was rattled from everything that he encountered prior to our arrival. I know how hard it is when only one person was available to handle all the check ins because of teams arriving. It was Friday and only one member of the staff was there and that is not acceptable. This morning when I checked out again the red hair staff member was rude saying she was to busy to help me. The other staff member was busy with a client. Again I left and returned 45 minutes later after breakfast. THen she was polite to me but it was the other young staff that served me We like coming to this Canad but the staff we not friendly

The room was great and clean. Nice large bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was there was a little bit of a musty smell but think this might have been from the AC. Otherwise the location was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was awesome other then the banging until 3am

The tv didn’t work and they could not fix it They didn’t take no moneys off at all.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, check in was a breeze. It's location was very convenient for shopping and many other enjoyments. It was a quick visit but already booked for several stays over the summer!

Room was cozy and clean. Great TV access and options. Yummy food on site that could be ordered for pick up. The kids loved the fun waterside and hot tub. Great brunch buffet on the Sunday

The only thing was the ceiling alarm had a low battery and woke me up at 6 am lol

$100 for two people at seafood buffet, had to bring our dishes to clear our table to the back of kitchen. When told waitress who came and asked how our drinks were after our meal I told her I had to bring our dishes to the back, she laughed as though I was joking. Horible food. The room was nice but had a musty smell, t.v. and heater were hard to understand turning on.. The parking was so tite my car ended up getting nicked. Stayed at Canad-inns at other locations never had issues like at the one on McPhillips st.Winnipeg. Never again !

Other than in breakfast included and a chilly pool, for the price it was very decent.
