Receptionist lady is very helpful, can early check in

The hotel is very nice, very good breakfast, the guys are very attentive, clean room. Only points to improve are the hand soap was hard to get off and the smell was not the best for my child (so he didn't want to wash with it), it was not great but I didn't mind. The Duvet cover had a cut/hole on it, only one pillow per person.

The room was great only downside was that the walk in shower flooded the bathroom. Staff were lovely, would stay again.

Comfy bed , friendly staff

I stayed here a while ago, but they've now got rid of the shuffleboard in reception. Checkin was smooth, although I was a bit surprised that the key card has now been replaced by a 7 digit code to enter your room. I don't think this is very secure at all. If you lose your key card, then noone knows what room your in. But if you lose this piece of paper it has the hotel, the room number and the code and your surname on it. Not very secure at all!!! The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfy but low. The pillows were too soft and small and no option to change them. There was tea and coffee, a kettle and a hair dryer and plenty of room to hang items for a night.

All'arrivo la finestra della stanza era aperta e c'era molto freddo essendo in inverno. Il riscaldamento non funzionava e mi hanno dato solo una piccolissima stufa che ovviamente non riscaldava a sufficienza la stanza.

Very clean room and hotel in general. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious with everything you need. We got there early before check-in so we had a drink in the lounge before our room was ready, which ended up ready before check-in time anyways. :)

Great hotel, location spot on for o2 academy or hippodrome. Room clean, modern and smart. Powerful shower, helpful staff.

Check out time very early. 10am!!! Given a hand written pass for my room that didn't work. Had to get the lovely room staff to let me in. Then went back down to reception and was then Given

Welcomed by smiling helpful staff, room was warm, clean and tidy, with everything you needed for a few days. Breakfast was good and plentiful, buffet kept full and hot. Again could not fault the helpful staff.
