L'hotel était convenable mais correspondait pas a un 5 étoiles salle de bain très petite, dressing pas prévu pour 2 personnes aucun endroit pour ranger les valises aucune patère pour les peignoirs, les serviettes ou les vêtements peut convenir pour une nuit mais pas pour un long séjour

Hotel is modern and clean. The rooms lack some basic conveniences (like hooks to hang towels and bathrobe). Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is good.

Very cool place to stay

Only needed a room for a one night stay. While the staff is excellent and very accommodating the room was dirty. The shower was covered in mold and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Very disappointing for the price point.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gourmet breakfast was excellent every single day. The 4-star rating is really due to the aging of the hotel which is starting to show. Our shower head did not work and we had to use a hand wand to shower. Also, the internet was very inconsistent. Considering this is a 5-star hotel charging premium rates, we would expect the hotel to be better maintained. The location was also very convenient.

Such a beautiful hotel and experience!!

This was the most beautiful hotel so far that we’ve stayed at in Italy. The beds were so comfy, the hotel was so nice. The 10th floor has spectacular views, they make great cocktails. Breakfast was wonderful too!

Hotel was great, staff were amazingly attentive and service oriented. The hotel has some great spaces to sit and enjoy some food and drinks. The whole team was great and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

So luxurious! The staff were amazing. Spa was a wonderful treat. The breakfast was divine. A great way to end a trip in Italy.
