Really comfortable bed, clean and simple room but had everything needed in it. AC was a massive bonus and worked really well The desk was helpful when needing extra pillows and towels etc Very smooth check in and check out Close to the arena, shopping centre and train station which worked out amazing for us when seeing a band at the arena

Hotel was super clean and smart. No tatty decor anywhere. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed super comfy. Really quiet. Breakfast offered lots of options and they catered to my Dairy Allergy perfectly.

Close to the airport and good price. The light fittings by the bed in the room were loose, and whilst not dangerous yet, could become so in due course. The area around the smoking area and outside the main entrance needed a good sweep as it was littered with cigarette butts.

Good location even if its in the middle of an industrial estate. The hotel itself is one of the best ibis styles around.

It was a lovely hotel, but the service in the dinning area was very slow, it took 45 minutes to get our meal, and we were in there as soon the restaurant opened at 5, as we had to leave to get to a show at the NEC at 18.20. other people who came in after us and ordered were served before us, they were not their starters. I would of liked a desert but couldn't risk ordering one, incase it didn't come quick enough. The room was lovely, but we were only given one pillow each, and had to ask at reception for another two, as did many other guests.

Was visiting a show at the NEC so stayed the night before. Travelled by train and the hotel is just a short walk from the station and well sign posted. You walk through the ser ice area of the NEC which you would think wrong if not for the clear signage. The hotel itself was clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was perfectly adequate with a nice ensuite shower room, no bath. I could hear people walking along the corridor but it did nor disturb me. Room was air conditioned and the temperature easily adjusted but no opening windows. Tea and coffee tray was fine but I did have a broken kettle lid which was a little dangerous, which I reported on checkout. Overall very happy and would stay there again.

Great hotel if visiting BP Pulse Arena. Staff were so friendly & helpful

Booked a two night stay for a conference at the NCC. I was able to check in earlier than the stated time. The room was compact and overlooked the back of the hotel. Very good shower and the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. A taxi was organised from site through reception. Parking was £15p/n for guests paid on arrival. I did not use the gym but found out from another guest it was not open at 0730. They are in the process of updating their room card system but this did not affect my stay. I didn't not have any meals during my stay

Stayed for 1 night to attend an event at the Arena. Good location 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Bp Pulse live arena andcResorts World. Beware that they do charge 15 pounds forccar parking which we thought excessive for a 1 night stay. Room was clean and modern and the bed very comfortable. However there was only 1 pillow each andvreception said they had run out of pillows at the time. In the bathroom there was a large walk in shower. Drinks prices were reasonable but there was a choice of just 3 white wines. Would stay at an Ibis Styles again.

Everything was good except the sink in room 301 did not drain at all and this made it hard to wash or clean teeth!!

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and good breakfast. Dining room also nice and clean.

Very good stay. Although bed was 2 singles pushed together so not comfortable in middle of bed.

After Sat Nav got us lost (only due to major motorway building work), spoke to a lovely person on reception who managed to sort out alternative directions 👍

Booked as standing visit at BP Pulse Live. Easy walk (15-20mins). Reception staff friendly. Room nice, beds super comfy, bathroom lovely, shower very hot, nice black out curtains, easy parking (£15/day). The only minor gripes was the Tea wasn't very nice, and the sockets weren't in a good place for the mirror, but our stay was perfect for what it was. Breakfast was also really nice
