Having a elevator but had one had to wait your turn

For a facility that is just off the freeway and near the edge of town, the notion of an extra charge for parking in a nothing special parking lot is a rip-off that should be included in the "all-in" inclusive price. Also note that the kitchen is well equipped, but for highway travelers on a short stay who has the food to cook? Note, no free breakfast.

This hotel was the most charming hotel I’ve been to yet. When I have travelled, I’ve chose more “main chain” ones but this one is worth the try. The staff was welcoming and friendly, they had a wide selection of snacks and food. Our room came with a kitchen so even things like eggs were available. I admit in indulging in a late night bowl of cereal and it was great!!!! I will be coming back and staying here. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Staff was very helpful and made experience very delightful and also having extra snacks to purchase and not having onto store was also a great thing as well

The hotel room was burning hot, as if they had left the heater on for a while. When the attendant was notified, she did not seem to care and told us to try moving the thermostat down. We told her we already did this but she told is to try again. After we got back to her, she finally came to our room to fix the issue. Not the service we expected.

Wifi goes on and off.

The hotel was clean and nice. The areas of opportunity to improve are on the tv entertainment. It was difficult to get good reception on most channels.

Property was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. I will stay there again.

Lot of highway and road noise. Must be near an ambulance or fire station as well. Otherwise it’s a clean facility and being that I work in the emergency services I can sleep through pretty much anything
