We really enjoyed our stay here

Well I got allergies reaction for something no nurse at all after 8 pm my whole body was itching almost my throat close and back home with bunch of bites so end up bed bugs I’m really very disappointed. Worker most of them nice .

We had planned to stay here 11 nights. After the first night I knew we didn’t want to stay any longer but they make you pay the full amount at check in. We began meeting with staff to try to get our money back for the nights we would leave early. The cancellation policy on this site says that if you change after a certain date or you are a no show you forfeit the cost of one night, but they still wouldn’t budge. We got hotels.com involved and still no luck. Eventually, we still left halfway through our stay and just decided to eat the 2500 for the unused nights on top of the cost of booking another hotel. If you have plans to stay here, cancel.

The resort has AMAZING landscaping with wildlife in their natural habitats The grounds are well kept and the resort felt safe at all times. The resort is large so transportation is provided 24/7. One driver, Marvin, was the best employee at the entire resort. He had great interpersonal skills and welcomed everyone regardless of nationality.

This place was horrrible

Although our stay was good, a few items identified as being free are not included unless you are one of their 'Family Club' Members which if you are going for the first time, you will not be. Things not included were mainly concentrated on the kids i.e. ice cream parlour, kids club etc. Staff were all very friendly and the place was clean. A lot of renovation/building work ongoing whilst we were there but they seemed to manage it well and it wasn't noisy etc. One of the pool bars was closed (whilst work was going on in that area) so that left everyone in the one main pool remaining unless you wanted a quiet swim.

everything was just amazing

This property is definitely older and it shows in lots of areas like buildings and the edges of the pool. The service was outstanding and the cleanliness was second to none. The drinks were delicious and the food was OK. The pasta station and the omelette station were the best.

J’ai apprécié beaucoup les allées, le paysage, les restaurants, les spectacles, le personnel, tous sauf l’accès a la mer. Il faut faire plus d’effort pour donner accès a la mer et outiller bien les travailleurs pour nettoyer les algues morts pour diminuer l’odeur dans cette période.

Loved my experience! Staff was super nice and super clean resort. Food was amazing

Overall, my experience was great! However, I was disappointed with the gift shop near the lobby. They were unpleasant and seemed to upcharge items even when prices were clearly marked. Also, I wish there were more food options that didn’t include pork — a bit more variety would have been appreciated.

We liked it but the restaurant and also food was not good at all. The buffet was not good and we expected more for the price
