Close to Key Bank Centre but room was dirty, noisy between furnace and outdoor noise, toilet didnt flush properly, ice in fridge, gum and stains on floor, curtains dirty and had to pay for parking on top of room price

Great folks at front desk. Generous complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour -- not both at once. One morning, one evening.

The staff was amazing,rooms were spacious and clean definitely a 10 out of 10

Staff was great; suite was as advertised; 100 percent recommended

We were a full day late due to air travel. The staff was understanding and flexible. Jack was amazing working with Expedia to help adjust our days AND rates. Vallet was quick and even during a snow event, the car came out clean. Must be underground storage.

Small pool no hot tub the pool had so much chlorine kids had to bathe 3 times before they got the smell of it off them.

I didn't like that there was only valet parking, not other parking available.

Hotek was great, view was great, bar area around the hotel is unsafe and full of sketchy people

The perfume they pump in to the floors is over powering and takes your breath away. Plus it’s not a pleasant smell

Overall it’s a great place to stay for multiple people per room. Suites are a good size. The hotel does need a little make over. Rooms could use an upgrade. We will be back for sure later this year for sporting events.

BathRoom had a leak over the toilet that has been there a while judging by the staining. No resolution or compensation was offered.

Very good Italian restaurant onsite. Close to many things especially concerts

The he room was a large, clean and comfortable.

Room is built from high quality materials, solid construction. Room was clean...public spaces (elevator, lobby, entry, buffet) all poorly maintained - dirt and gunk buildup in corners, even the employees are rough around the edges...a little gross. Poorly cleaned and maintained buffet during breakfast due to inexperienced and/or poorly trained staff...gross.

Great place! Will definitely be back.

Ils nous ne donnait pas de serviettes et de papier de toilette entre les journées. Il fallait aller en demander aux employés très ordinaire sinon tout était bien!

Disappointed the pool qas closed. Planned to use today till checkout. Place was very nice tho. We would stay again A promo for the no pool would be nice on next stay Thanks

Had a stay-cation here so I’m very familiar with the area, but it was the first time at this hotel. Huge rooms, nice view, but beds were not comfortable. Valet parking for $25, which is perfect because parking downtown can be tricky. Walked to Sheas for a show (6-7 mins away). Lots of dining options for all budgets, Starbucks and Spot coffee 1/2 block away. Hotel has a welcome reception with one free drink for each guest and some snacks, but it was celery and carrots and some dry snacks. Great nightlife with many bars within walking distance.
