A pleasant enough stay for the price paid, but for this to be a 4* hotel a lot needs doing. The rooms are run down in some areas (paint scuffed, dents in doors, minor interior damage) and no safe or fridge (which I feel should be compulsory for a 4* hotel) The room itself was spacious, large comfy bed and I had a good nights sleep. There was an ironing board and heated mirror in the bathroom. Shower was good, bathroom a little cramped though. Good paid parking at the back of the hotel. £6/night is a fair price.

Really nice hotel. But a bit of a pain to get to from the railway station with all the road and regeneration work going on. Why whoever is doing the work do not open the pavement area up at weekends is beyond me. No one working. But having to go out of the way to get to the hotel. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The overall design and some of the facilities are a bit old, yet staff are responsive and the view is good.

The hotel was nice enough. Unfortunately the ice machine was broken but it is what it is. The booking came with free parking if you put your registration in at the reception, however the guy who checked us in was a bit weird saying it was £6 but he will waive the charge for us. We were on the 8th floor. I don't use lifts so I asked where the stairs were and he tried to tell me they didn't have any. Stairwell was nice until floor 5 where there was no carpet or wallpaper and the floor number was just spray painted on. Room was nice and clean. It was nice and quiet and you couldn't hear noise from other guests. Bed was comfortable enough and the air conditioning was very necessary. Had a nice little fridge in the room which was good. Overall I would give 4/5.

Modern style room, very lovely, room service is absolutely amazing, close to train station and other local grocery stores

was continuous banging of doors through the night and morning ( was given late check out due to this ) but the cleaners where slamming the doors in the morning so ended up leaving ( management insisted on there was no banging doors )

High rise hotel in the heart of Swindon. walking distance to pubs

Tidy and silent

Room was overall nice and clean however the Bathroom wasn’t in the best condition and quite dated, food at evening and morning time were both nice

Nice location for a quick overnight stay, parking is available at the hotel but is chargeable. Room was nice however the bathroom needed some attention. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Friendly, polite and efficient staff. Good food choice in the bar, clean and well maintained room. Lots of development going on near the hotel as of April 25, main road next to it but excellent soundproofing so an undisturbed rest.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is lovely and the service was great. They had late check out which was great. Only reason for my lack of 5 star is the area the hotel is in. Seems to be in the middle of a housing estate.

Great hotel have stayed a few times and will stay there again

Hotel is on a busy road but from inside the room you can not hear the traffic It’s on the outskirts of town but easy to get a cab. Hotel receptionists were helpful and friendly and efficient on check in and out and when I needed to book a cab. The room was clean and tidy and would stay again
