Il Bagno è piccolo l'accesso alla doccia è interdetto dalla posizione del water closed, non si può usare il bidet perchè troppo vicino al water ed al muro, il rubinetto del lavabo è durissimo e scomodo da azionare perchè vi è una mensola in vetro appiccicata alla manopola, la doccia ha il piatto doccia scivolosissimo, non c'è alcun accorgimento per disabili, pertanto non abbiamo potuto fare neanche una doccia. La colazione non è da 4 stelle, c'è solo un erogatore di caffè quindi bisogna fare la coda per avere la tazza, tra l'altro tazza molto piccola, e quindi bisogna fare due volte la coda per avere la dimensione di un cappuccino normale, la selezione della macchina prevede solo 3 opzioni: caffè lungo o ristretto e capuccino. Stanze molto rumorose sia causate da rumori interni sia dall'esterno. Ma la cosa più sgradita è che non esiste un parcheggio esterno ma solo un parcheggio interno al giardino, all'aperto, e che pur non avendo avvisato che tale parcheggio sarebbe stato a pagamento, al check out hanno chiesto 15 euro al giorno per il parcheggio, ripeto dovevano dirlo prima. tra l'altro la mia coniuge è disabile con regolare cartellino e ciò a nulla è valso. Hanno preteso 30 euro di parcheggio per due notti. Per questi motivi sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura che si definisce a 4 stelle ma non ne ha le caratteristiche. Noi sicuramente non ci torneremo mai più.

Die Lage ist top, direkt am See. Einige gute Restaurants sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt, geparkt wird auf dem Grundstück und einen Pool gibt’s auch 👍

De service en accomodatie waren netjes en verzorgd . Ontbijt was prima , niet te hoge verwachtingen hebben. Eigenaar en receptie personeel zijn botte horken

super Lage am See. alles fußläufig zu erreichen. viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer sauber und modern. Parkplätze für 5€ pro Tag im Gartenbereich verfügbar - 2 von 3 Tagen war aber kein Platz mehr vorhanden und Auto muss in der Straße abgestellt werden (7,50€ pro Tag gesamt). Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wir waren heuer zum zweiten Mal da, weil das Hotel sehr gut gelegen ist und viele Ziele fußläufig erreichbar sind. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und der hoteleigene Pool gerade bei etwas höheren Temperaturen eine tolle Abkühlung.

Hotel was very nice, location was excellent, breakfast was a good selection of warm/cold food. The room had a fantastic view of the lake and main bay. The bathroom could do with some updating replacing the bathroom with a shower cubicle and creating more space.

The hotel wasn't perfect, but we would still recommend it for the view alone. The hotel has the most glorious views of Lake Garda, so it's worth paying the extra for a lake view room. It is one of the few that has a pool and they provide towels. They could do with extra sunbeds, as some guests had to lay on the grass. The pool area is very shady, so if you want sun you have to keep moving your sunbed around to find a sunny spot. The hotel itself is very pretty, the communal areas are clean and our room was a good size. The negatives were that the bed was rock hard and the pillows weren't much better. The toilet was in an odd position behind the bathroom door, you had to hold the shower in your hand to use it and the shower screen just allowed the water to pour onto the floor. The TV didn't work. There was a small fridge which made the wardrobe hot but didn't keep anything cold. On the plus side the blackout blinds worked well, the aircon was great and we had a safe in the room. The waiting staff are friendly. We had lunch at the hotel a couple of times and had the Caesar salad, which was very good. The hotel is in a good location close to bars and restaurants (we would recommend the San Marco) and opposite the ferry terminal and ticket office. This is a great place to visit for a quiet and chilled break.

Tolles Hotel. Zentral gelegen. Sehr schöner Pool. Vielseitiges Frühstück.

Chambre modern et propre. Personnel très agréable. Piscine super cool.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Alles super.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See, von außen sieht es eigentlich auch genauso schön aus, wie auf den Fotos... Die Einrichtung ist jedoch sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Eine einzige unbelegte Steckdose im Zimmer war uns dann doch ein bisschen zu wenig - Handys, Tablet und Uhr konnten nur geladen werden, wenn gleichzeitig die Nachttischlampen ausgesteckt wurden. Unsere Zimmer (im 3. Stock) hatten zwar eine Klimaanlage, die aber leider außer Funktion war, was wir dann so hinnehmen mussten. Nicht zufriedengeben konnten wir uns jedoch mit der NICHT funktionierenden Toilettenspülung und der angebotenen Lösung des Problems. Der Defekt sollte erst am nächsten Tag behoben werden... Obwohl lt. Buchungsportal noch Zimmer im Hotel frei waren, wurde uns erst am späten Abend nach mehrfachen Beschwerden ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Hier hat dann zwar die Toilette funktioniert, aus der Dusche kam dafür aber nur ein klägliches Rinnsal, das dafür aber nur schlecht abgelaufen ist. Versöhnt hat uns dann ein bisschen das phantastische Frühstücksbuffet und der großartige Service im Speisesaal. Hier waren die Mitarbeiter (im Gegensatz zur Rezeption) sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmals buchen

Hôtel très agréable et idéalement situé pour une étape (ou plus) sur le lac de Garde. Excellent accueil.

Das 3-Bett-Zimmer mit Aussucht auf den See ist sehr schön und geräumig. Die Sanitäranlagen sind nicht auf dem neuesten Stand aber Sauber und nützlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist interkontinental und reichlich ausgestattet. Verschiedene gekühlte Säfte, Kaffee(Filter) und Tee Früchtesalat, Joghurt, Quark und Müsli ebenfalls. Ich hätte mir mehr Nachhaltigkeit gewünscht. Die Toilettenspülung hat nur eine "große" Taste und die Wasserauslässe keine Wassersparventile.

Mukava hotelli aivan rantakadun varrella, huoneesta ja parvekkeelta upeat näkymät sekä järvelle että uima-allasalueelle. Aamiainen oli mahdollista nauttia terassilla uima-altaan lähellä, hyvin viihtyisässä ympäristössä, tosin pöytiä oli rajoitetusti. Aamiaistarjoilu hieman niukka, satunnaisesti munakokkelia, ei muuta lämmintä ruokaa. Lähistöllä useita ravintoloita hienossa ympäristössä. Auto maksullisessa parkissa samassa pihapiirissä, hieman ahdasta puiden väleissä.

Un superbe hôtel au bord du lac dans une agréable ville offrant de bons restaurants et une très agréable promenade au bord du lac. De plus l'embarcadère des bateaux publics est situé face à l'établissement. Nous avions une très agréable chambre très lumineuse et donnant sur le lac. Seuls petits bémols, les lits sont très durs et notre chambre offrait un filet d'eau chaude pour la douche.

Wir hatten ursprünglich für 4 Nächte gebucht und haben dann noch etwas verlängert, weil uns dieses Hotel mit allen seinen Annehmlichkeiten so gut gefallen hat.
