Nice room with clean comfortable beds and very good breakfast.

The cleaning staff put the pillows on the floor while cleaning the room. That was DISGUSTING!! And they should NOT allow the cleaning staff to wear their own clothes instead of the uniform. That was so unprofessional!! Will NOT be going back!!

Overall experience was good, room was clean but noisy at night only due to birds. Breakfast was great and always look forward to that.

Close off the Erie Canal trail Has pool and laundry services.

Great location. Unfortunately, only one elevator was working during my stay.

Excellent stay in newly remodelled hotel. Furnishings are new. Complimentary Breakfast selection was very good lots of options, staff were amazing friendly and helpful. We stayed for the Cuse graduation and they had welcome party for guests with food and drinks. Room and bathroom was excellent. Overall highly recommend and close short drive to Syracuse University. Each morning Manager and staff came around tables to make sure everyone was having a good stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, like new.

The hotel was great! Bright and clean, great service and the coffee barista machine made fabulous coffee! Fabulous! I hope all the Holiday Inn Express locations are like this! It will be my first choice.

Staff was incredible. Breakfast good. Was a little loud with kids running in hallways but other than that , our stay was great.

Weird place, literally out in the middle of nowhere. We stayed in a suite, in my opinion, not worth the money I paid. Coffee was not good.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint was the thin walls between rooms. There was a gathering in the adjoining room very late at night, and we could literally hear the conversations. Made it difficult if not impossible to sleep.

We had the BEST stay and highly recommend!! The manager and staff are all super friendly and helpful. Team went out of their way to help celebrate Cuse graduating families with a lovely welcome reception and cookies and water til late! Breakfast is good and the rooms and facilities are all newly renovated and nicely furnished. They made sure everything was always set up in the morning for guests and tables were cleaned off so quickly. They have tables to have late night dinners post grad celebrations which made it convenient for takeout gatherings. They even gave out white flowers for moms for Mother’s Day. Would stay here again anytime!! Thanks for your hospitality!! You made our stay even more special and memorable.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was very accommodating. The room was perfect for us and we also enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The only problem we had was because our room was directly over the entrance of the hotel. It was very noisy. We heard a lot of noise when people were leaving or arriving, especially the people that were leaving before 7 AM in the morning. Definitely recommend the hotel.
