La habitación estaba limpia. El hotel está bien ubicado. La comida del desayuno estuvo rica y había varias opciones. Nos quedamos en este hotel pero el restaurante y todo lo administrativo queda en el otro que queda a una cuadra. Una noche llegamos tarde, el hotel estaba cerrado, golpeamos, timbramos, etc. y nadie abrió, tuvimos que ir al otro hotel para que nos ayudaran. El personal era amable, pero algunos parecían que fueran nuevos porque no sabían muchas cosas. Le daría 3,5 estrellas. El precio me parece un poco alto.

Good Hotel overall, great location

The phone didn’t work. The cable service wasn’t working either. They clean room but didn’t change towel while we stayed three days. Terrible service overall

Everything was great

I never write bad reviews but this hotel was like a prison. Check in receptionist was unfriendly took 45 minutes to check us in and made us feel very unwelcome demanded a deposit on a prepaid reservation we ended up in a room with no windows looked like a prison cell everything has wear and tear. Avoid for the price get a known chain hotel than this prison

Es un Hotel con instalaciones viejas, no realizan mantenimiento a las áreas comunes. El hotel costoso para lo que ofrece. No lo recomiendo

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that the beach is a short walking distance. Room was on the second floor, clean and comfortable. The pool was very comfortable and a nice relaxing lounging area with greenery and plants around the property. I recommend this place for it's quiet, local neighborhood vibe.

Great hotel. Located right on the beach. I was really pleased with my stay and with the friendliness of the staff.
