Had a very good stay, staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the room was next to an exterior door and the ice machine, so not as quite as it could have been during early evening. However, it quited down by bedtime and didn't disrupt our sleep.

Clean Room. Better than decent breakfast. Bed and Pillows need upgraded. For a quick one night sleep. 4/5

Good breakfast

I always stay between here and the Holiday Inn.Sleep inn have better breakfast.The staff is also very nice and friendly.The lady who serves the breakfast in the morning is so wonderful. My next time I stay here I have to ask her name again. Have been coming here for 8 years now and never a problem that the staff didn’t resolve to make my stay wonderful.Keep up the good work!!

We arrived on time for check in and once there was charged double what I locked in for. I had to show my receipt for what I was supposed to be charged and that was corrected however I was charged twice plus another charge. The smaller charge was taken off and have to wait till Monday to see if the other room charge will be taken off. The room was suppose to have been a double queen, but I got a disabled room king. The shower was not put together so first night was a challenge to say the least. Floor stayed soaked due to short curtain and have no edge for water to stay in intended area. The room was clean, requested extra towels and rags and got more than extra. Elevator made me think of Final Destination. Staff was nice and breakfast was nice. Remote was acting up all night and volume from speakers was hard to hear. Parking was great. Close to all shopping centers 5-8 minutes. Pool was a dark green so no swimming

It was really clean very nice staff pool was awesome i love it was close to everything you could want i highly recommend this to ever

We’ve stayed here multiple times before over the last 8 or so years, but it seems to have gone down hill. Squished insect on the wall, water didn’t go down the drain properly while showering, and the elevator sounded like it was going to break every time we got in it. Food was decent. Housekeeping needs to do a little better, first time they cleaned they didn’t take the trash or vacuum, the second time they didn’t clean properly, bed wasn’t made, forgot to leave towels and trash bags for the bins and didn’t vacuum. The staff was nice and friendly, but service was eh…. Will probably go next door when the Hampton inn opens up next time we stay.

An excellent value for the price. The property was clean, comfortable and pretty. The free breakfast was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are a TV watcher, be advised ,they have some wierd Roku thing that you have to use your device to stream on the TV in your room. They have free WIfi...we just connected to Wifi and streamed directly to our phones/ tabletso it wasnt a problem.

Nice property with clean rooms. Rates were reasonable. The woman who checked us in was the sweetest person, and so helpful with everything we needed. Lots of variety for breakfast too.

Liked: Convenient location, well priced, included breakfast. Disliked: Scary elevator (lots of clunks and noises), poor quality towels, only bar soap, Rm 307 - rocking toilet, by elevator had hall noise, tub/shower water only hot and hotter.

We picked this hotel because it had decent ratings and was cheaper than the rest. This property seems like it may have had an upgrade to spruce up the lobby because it is pretty nice. The rooms.. Not so much. It smelled like someone had just run a carpet cleaner in the room. And if you’ve ever used a carpet cleaner to clean nasty carpets, you know the smell. There was a half inch gap between the door and the frame where the gasket was missing. At night, there is 18 inches by 1/2 inch of light that shines in the room. And before you say i’m crazy for complaining about some extra light shining in the room. I can identify the shoes of people walking by from my bed. That is a problem. Can we agree? The tv requires 2 remotes to operate for some reason. Not the end of the world but really freaking annoying that i have to grab a different remote depending on what want to do. I always try to save a buck when i can so we are no stranger to budget motels. We didn’t feel unsafe or like we were going to be in danger or anything, but the hotel is not one that would take my family back to. I should have paid the extra $50 across the street. Now i know better.. Do with this information what you will.

Have stayed here a few times & wont be back. Room smelled like mold, found empty used cups in random places in my room & the smoking smell was so crude. The construction workers were loud until after 11-12 at night & the place just felt like a cruddy Motel 6. However, the staff is wonderful!

The room was average clean with average noise levels etc. There is no gym on the property or restaurants. The staff were friendly but were not going out of their way to help. The indoor pool area left a lot to be desired, could use cleaning.

Our sheets were not clean so we asked for new bedding and changed them ourselves. Also bathroom not clean as well as the stairs.
