Excellent hotel with all the amenities you could want.

I liked the gym and ability it to use all hours, really refreshing .The pool area is nice. I felt the rooms are now well used and not clean in places. I also felt the customer service in the dining areas needs reviewing, I certainly didn't feel welcomed.

I had a 10 day stay with my 90 year old mother and it was a very special time for us made absolutely amazing by ALL the staff from security, reception, housekeeping, maintenance to restaurant staff at Momo. The chefs created an amazing buffet with an array of delicious and varied food for each meal and went above and beyond to make special dishes for my mum and made us feel super special. Special shout out to Chef Umed (missed you on our last day), Chef Sunil, Chef Dipayan, Divya and Vaibhavi and specially Parthe who took care of us without fail everyday!! Apologies for not including all other names but every single staff member was smiling, caring, polite and very willing to help. Must mention Shivaji's brilliant floral creations on water at the main entrance that fascinated my mum and Santosh for his creative creations with towels. A most memorable stay!! Will definitely be returning with my family. We actually extended our 7 day stay to 10 days. 😊

Excellent hotel and very conveniently located close to the expressway if you are coming in from Mumbai. Very clean and quiet room and comfortable cooling despite scorching heat outdoors. Only disappointment was the breakfast - though the restaurant opened at 7am, there was nobody there till 7:15am and food quality was below par.

Hotel is fine with decent buffet breakfast. The service staff at the breakfast is very attentive and helpful.

Awesome place and services

Nice comfortable room. Good staaf and prompt service. Surprisingly there was no good full length mirror in the room. The one that was there was un usable because it was next to bed with not enough space to stand. Breakfast was great. We ordered tea in the room which could have been better.
