Clean room and very comfortable. Kevin was a trememndous help while we were there.

The hotel staff was outstanding from the moment we reached the check-in counter to the breakfast attendant to the check-out. The facility was clean, nice and well kept as well.

I arrived after a long day of traveling at 4:30 am. Breakfast was ready at at 5am and it was wonderful. Ate a quick breakfast then went to sleep. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and kind. Definitely worth the money to stay here.

There is an odor. The bed table had crumbs, bathroom in disrepair. No cookies!

Immaculate hotel and rooms! Staff was very friendly, especially the kind woman working the morning breakfast. My only issue was with the gym equipment, both treadmills had a loud squealing noise when I tried to run on them, they definitely need to be serviced.

This hotel has just been redone. Room was clean and spacious. I was surprised that there was rust in the shower being that supposedly the hotel was all redone. That would not stop me from rebooking as the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself was clean.

Newly remodeled rooms, clean and comfortable beds.

The only place to stay in Presque Isle. Close to airport and great staff.

The breakfast is fantastic!!! Great assortment for any tastes! The staff all over are wonderful.They always took the time to chat and ask if I needed anything.Always smiling! I liked the snacks in the room.And the coffee maker.

Very clean, easy check-in/check-out, very friendly staff. Loved that the breakfast staff greeted me with a cheerful “good morning “! I was there for a meeting and recognize this area has so much beauty and is sadly under appreciated!
