Chaotic, noisy and front desk staff aren’t cooperative. Didn’t know if they have cribs or not when asked.they messed reservation for part of our group and random extra charge by error during stay

Horrible. For nearly 200 a night we arrived and found the interior walls cracking and filthy. The elevator was especially dirty, hot, with chunks of the paneling missing. Once in the room, the lights would not completely turn on and instead flashed. The bathtub was clean but mold was present. Next to the mirror, someone had smeared a booger on the wall that was obviously never cleaned. The window shade was stained with water and the carpet was sticky under my feet.

Staff was very friendly. After the 3rd time my key didn’t work, the staff came with me to see if it was fixed. Appreciated that. Loved that you were pet friendly and breakfast was wonderful

Clean & comfy

The check in process was horrible and took forever, one person behind me was even given a key to her room only to find it still dirty. According to the manager “too many people checked in at 3, you weren’t supposed to go to your room for 30 more minutes”. The hotel is not taken care of, there were scuffs on the walls, and everything in the hallway looked dirty. The bathtub in my room was disgusting. You book a holiday inn and expect a great experience and this was not it.

My bathtub in the room was broken and everyone I went threw the lobby there was always someone having problems with their room. And the hot tub smelled really bad of chlorine and bleach it ruined my shorts and my wife brand new bathing suit.

Older hotel in desperate need of updates. Seems short staffed and the nice ladies working the desk appear to be overwhelmed without help. The pull out coach mattresses need to be replaced terribly. They were replacing all of the bed mattresses while we were there, which we weren’t sure was being done as an investment or because of other reasons such as a pest issue. There is one elevator and it’s slow. Breakfast gave a good offering for the mornings.

The room was comfortable, quiet area conveniently located. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Nice family stay

I have stayed here several times. The facilities need a little TLC but the room was clean and nice. Front desk helpful.

Was charged for the room and two 25 hold fees even though it was already paid for. Had to return and talk to management to hopefully get it resolved.

Just Perfect

It was clean, in a safe location, but need some TLC dryer was not working well, printer out of ink, hot tub out of order, ice machine 3rd floor out of order.

Great place to stay

Room was incredibly hot upon arrival. Sidewalk from handicap parking was not ADA compliant, there was a trash can blocking the entire sidewalk. Room smelled stale and dusty.
