This hotel was close to the train station and the lovely historical core of Delft. It was nice to be along the canal, and to be close to a variety of restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is in a great location, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff were very helpful. The room was very spacious, quiet, had a spacious bathtub, and was clean and almost perfect. The only disappointment was that the electric kettle in the room had not been cleaned properly. It seems that the previous guest had used it to cook with oil. I asked the staff to replace the kettle, but there was no spare. I brought two cups and got hot water from the hot water heater in the dining room.

The location was fine but the hotel was a little lacking, no kleenx box?

Nice 3star hotel in downtown Delft. From my room there was a nice view on the old channel. Very close to everything. The rent bikes even if we don't. Quality breakfast. It is missing an afterhour service. Room was clean

むかしの建物をリノベして、すごく素敵で、近代的なキッチンや、シャワー、空調。清潔で申し分ないです。 ただし、階段が昔のままの細さと急さ。スーツケースサポートが有料であるようだ。荷物無しでも、毎回両手手摺りガチ握りで必死。運動能力が問われる。太ったら無理だ。 朝食も丁寧で程よく美味しい。 耳栓が、ベットサイドにあったので、よほどうるさいのかと、覚悟したが、運河沿いの喧騒も、旅の一部で楽しめたし、眠れた。 デルフトを満喫できる素敵なホテルでした。

We stayed in the annex in a large room with a small kitchen. It was a very nice room but quite expensive.

The hotel is lovely and the location great. Our stay was tarnished by our experience with one staff member at reception (N____a) . Apart from that issue, I'd highly recommend the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel. Very clean. Amenities could improve. There was no hand soap provided, toilettries nor bottle of water, etc.

L'emplacement est parfait, tout prêt de la gare, et proche de tous les centres d'intérêt de la ville, le long d'un canal. Accueil sympathique et rapide. Hôtel très bien décoré, ambiance Noel. Chambre et SdB un peu petites, mais propre et fonctionnelle. Excellent chauffage. Douche très agréable. Petit frigo pratique. Et plein de petites attentions dans la chambre, comme cette prise multiple ajoutée pour brancher tous nos appareils à recharger. Et puis le petit déjeuner, juste incroyable le choix (chaud, froid, sucré, salé), bon et bien présenté, dans une belle pièce. Rien que pour cela, je reviendrai à Delft. Deux petits hics : la sonorité, on entend bien les voisins. Et la qualité de la literie un peu moyenne (trop mou à mon gout). Je conseille chaleureusement l'établissement.

Zonder gevoel en échte interesse werd er bij uitchecken geïnformeerd hoe ons verblijf was geweest. De medewerkster werkte een collega in en ik was te verbouwereerd om op dat moment te zeggen dat ik haar vraag, die droop van desinteresse, mij op dat moment een vervelend gevoel aan mijn hele verblijf gaf. Afgezien van het enkelglas, meer kou en gehorigheid (van daar de oordoppen op de nachtkastjes). Prima en uitgebreid ontbijt al waren er wel érg zacht gekookte eitjes, het wit was nog dril. De achtergrondmuziek was vergeten waardoor het luide gepraat van het personeel (inwerken of kletsen) duidelijk mee te verstaan was. Niet echt rustig ontbijten. De ontbijt medewerker deed wel ontzettend zijn best mijn vriendelijk aangedragen feedback te corrigeren (eitjes en muziek). Veel karakter dat wel maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Hotel excelente, quartos grandes, com café e chá no quarto, pequeno frigobar, camas boas, chuveiro bom e o melhor café da manhã que tomei na Europa. Ficaria neste hotel novamente sem pensar duas vezes. Só vá.

Excellent staff, well placed for a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, as it is a short walk from the city centre it is very noisy at night. We were woken each night after 1am. Breakfast is excellent, unless you get a coach party in, like we did, we just couldn't get seated one morning. Did we enjoy it, yes. Would we come back, probably not.

Very good location

We had a room in the annex building, about a 5 minutes walk, towards the city center, from the main hotel building. The room was great, nice and clean, looked recently renovated and was in good shape. We did have to climb 2 stairs as there is no elevator in the annex building.

We rented bicycles on site, very easy to get around. This hotel is in a good central location. The hotel is nice, clean and has a good balance of new amenities with old styles. The breakfast is good with a variety of foods on offer.

Hotel nella zona appena fuori dalla piazza centrale e dai tanti locali, quindi molto tranquillo. Facilissimo da trovare, con parcheggi a pagamento a circa 500 metri, nella zona della stazione degli autobus, altrimenti parcheggio coperto a pagamento a 400 m (17€ giorno). Personale competente, efficace e gentile. Buona la pulizia in generale. Ottima la colazione con prodotti freschi preparati al momento sia dolci che salati, frutta fresca appena tagliata e per chi ama la colazione salata, tantissima scelta, ci sono anche cose per i vegani, inoltre la sala dove si fa la colazione è arredata con molta cura e alcune finestre affacciano sui canali. La stanza dove siamo stati noi era una di quelle piccole, adatta a chi viaggia leggero, con valigie piccole e per pochi giorni. Il letto era molto comodo, c'è anche una macchinetta del caffè e un bollitore a disposizione. L'unica cosa negativa è il bagno che è veramente piccolo, con difficoltà di movimento. Sicuramente lo consiglio, ma la camera piccola, come specificato sopra è per viaggi per pochi giorni.

Excellent room and service, however steep and narrow stairs to climb and I had minor issue to find the room. Given the perfect weather it was no issue to be 200 m away from breakfast and reception, but I can imagine in heavy rain...
