The only downfall was the front desk deterred DoorDash/grubhub. If we ordered we had to collect at the front desk. Which wasn’t a huge issue, only when by myself with kids it made it a little difficult. I understand the policy ensures safety. Just a mild inconvenience. Cleaning staff was amazing!!! Other than that we did not see much staff. The elevator went down one day but there were 3 more to use. Dining options are a bit limited as far as room service. Food was good. Views are amazing! Pool and hot-tub were superb. Access to the beach was unmatched. Overall an amazing experience!

Great location and parking ! Nicely decorated interior The one staff at the pool restaurant was surprisingly not up to the hotel standards I almost checked out after this interaction but the reception manager Jordan took his time to to salvage the situation. This hotel needs to revamp their menus and food offerings

Love the fact that your 2 bedroom 2 bath was large enough to accommodate my family. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely stay here again.

You'll be delighted to stay at Hyatt Clear Water. The staff is amazing! There is beach access, restaurants all around with great food, and everything is within walking distance. 10/10 We were highly satisfied and reccomend this place for anyone!

We like the view from our balcony. The rooms were clean. They fixed our TV problem. Everything went well.

I booked an ocean side room and got partial view. Think i saw it happened to others too. Fix the issue online so the proper rooms show availability or reimburse the difference. I was looking for a hotel where i had full ocean view.the pool is smaller but its nice. Lots of kids so we ended up going to another hotel and using their pool w less kids. Its not an adults only hotel i realize but i would stay someplace else that was more adult friendly. Great location and very nice hotel tho!

Just got in today, early checkin was easy. Drinks offered at checkin, clean, easy beach access, nice pool. What’s not to like??

Very nice spot across from the beach. Pool was a little crowded over the weekend but that’s expected. Would definitely recommend.

A lot of tacked-on fees (an extra $100 a day or so). Not worth it. They also tried to charge us for breakfast (even though we paid for breakfast— we had a double room) They should just charge people up front.

It was very loud, and it needs major renovations. By the pool there were so many bugs flying everywhere. I won't go back for sure.

Our stay was enjoyable. Only negatives were the AC in the living room area of our suite didn’t work and the mattress in the pullout sofa was awful and really uncomfortable. The furniture has not been refreshed in a long time and was stained. It’s a nice hotel but really shows its age. I would have paid the same or more at a newer hotel in the area. You don’t get much for their VERY expensive resort fee and not including beach chairs and umbrellas is ridiculous. In the future, if I go back, I would stay somewhere along the gulf with a private beach if I’m going to pay for chairs and umbrellas. The food prices are ridiculously high throughout the resort and in all the Clearwater Beach restaurants. So be prepared to pay A LOT for food. Oh and they charge you a ridiculous price to park overnight while also make money by charging the public to park in their garage to access the beach. Would have been cheaper to Uber to and from the airport. Just felt like I was getting nickel and dimed for everything. On the positive side, the staff were very nice.
