Todo bien, la recepción, la habitación limpia y el A/C perfecto. Agua en el baño con buena presión además de estar muy limpio. Bastantes toallas. Regresaré con gusto.

Todo estuvo perfecto, ubicación, precio, limpieza, personal super amable, lo único que hace que quizá no vuelva es que no tienen elevador y yo que traía una maleta muy pesada le sufrí, la otra cosa es que no tenía refri de ahí en fuera Super bien

Fue horrible subir tres pisos cargada con mis maletas, nadie que me pudiera apoyar. No hay elevador y se entiende pero me parece una desatención que no haya personal disponible para este fin. El cuarto muy bien sin duda pero no creo volver por este motivo tan incómodo y difícil para mí.

I requested lower levels, no stairs due to bad back, 71 years old, they assured me that lower level guaranteed and sent an email confirming my request,( BIG LIE),the first floor it was after a 30 steps journey, no elevator, so they laughed when they explained me that it was the first floor for them, I had to pay to the employees to carry my luggage up and and down in the checkout, no coming back at all, no recommend it either

Este hotel está en unas zona muy céntrica entonces básicamente encuentras de todo la verdad... Elmluegar es súper limpio, impecable la verdad y todo en muy buenas condiciones... Son atentos el costo me parece razonable...

Our stay was overall good for the price. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bedding was comfortable, and we enjoyed having cable TV. The 24‑hour front desk was accurate, and staff were polite and available when needed. We also appreciated the help with our bags at checkout. Some amenities listed online weren’t clearly explained during check‑in, and based on the listed amenities, the process was vague — including housekeeping, the front‑desk safe, ATM/banking services, multilingual staff (seemed to only speak Spanish?), and tour/ticket assistance. We used the restaurant one time for breakfast, but a small, printed menu with dish names and ingredients would really help tourists unfamiliar with local dishes. Overall, this is a clean and comfortable place, and with clearer communication about amenities, the guest experience could be even smoother.
