Superb service at the reception when hotels.com had problems. Large room with nice view. Could have been better water pressure in the shower. Very nice hotel!

Nice hotel, but no hotel can claim to be four star without air conditioning. :(

No superlative left to describe this little gem of a hotel in beautiful Bormio. Easy walk to town. Sumptuous breakfast. Everything high quality.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel una sola notte. Possiamo solo dire che il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile ma che la struttura, e la camera in particolare, ci è sembrata, molto, molto datata, non meritevole di 4 stelle. Per il resto, ok.

The friendly members of the staff are the cleaners and do a fantastic job! There are a couple of the dining staff who we found pleasant but the small guy with the glasses didn’t make much effort to speak, in fact he made me feel uncomfortable. There are plenty of areas to longe in if you wish to have some private space. The spa area is quiet nice and is very clean and ideal for an hours relaxation.

Hotel che non avrebbe 4 stelle super caro con stanze non insonorizzate, da evitare per i prezzi che propone preso solamente perché ho trovato un offerta non ci ritornerei comunque

Soggiorno di 1 notte ,colazione abbondante ma la cosa che ho trovato più bella è la macchina x le spremute di arance fresche,cosa che non ho mai trovato in altri alberghi. Camera pulita, servizi igenici puliti e funzionali. Personale gentile e ben preparato
