Ganz nettes Hotel mit Pool. Zimmer (Bad) könnten modernisiert werden. Pool ist nicht geheizt. Frühstück ist gut.

Location very good with restaurants, beach and grocery store Coop (in shopping mall) nearby. Pool is great as sunshine available all day long, you can also rent beach towels from the reception for 5€/person/stay. Bar good pricing for drinks. Complimentary breakfast surprisingly extensive and good. Big parking lot with approx 20 spaces included in your stay so for us as the hotel seemed not fully booked there was plenty of space and the hotel was quiet. Additionally you can borrow bikes from the hotel. A/c ok but as we stayed in the economy class there was no fridge and room was quite small with nothing extra in it. All in all very happy with our choice of hotel, would stay again!

Elena was fantastic doing our check in and leaving the key in a safe place (We did late due to a road clousure). The hotel is good but, after a good impression I went to bed and opening my duvet...surprise....Many man body hair 😫. I had to try to remove all of them coz it was already 1am and I couldn't call anybody to change. I tryed to load some photos...but my app doesn't work.

We stayed as a family in two rooms in August. Rooms were both very clean and comfortable with ample storage. Shower cubicles feel a little small ( I am not a big person) but bathrooms very clean and tidy. Air con in rooms did not get very cold but worked well enough. Pool area was very clean with a nice pool but too few sun beds with people reserving them for hours with towels and hardly using them. Some people had towels on beds and did not even turn up all day - I was about to throw their towels off but luckily some other sun beds became available. Plenty of grass areas to lie on though if beds are not available. Staff in the hotel reception, restaurant and bar were great and very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was lovely with plenty of choices. It’s a couple of minutes walk from the lake and about 15 minutes walk to the main town area although there are plenty of nice restaurants close to the hotel. Car parking is free and fairly secure but has limited spaces. Luckily we were able to squeeze in every time but I don’t know where you would park if you could not get a space - didn’t look like there was anywhere easy to park nearby. The hotel was really good value overall and I would definitely recommend if you are staying in Riva. Riva was also a lovely place with loads to see and do. Would highly recommend canyoning in Palvico if you are into that sort of thing. Loads of water sports nearby also. Beautiful location.

Hyggelig personalet, veldig rent og fint

Sødt og rart personale. Meget hjælpsomme. Godt hotel med dejlig pool, ikke overfyldt. Stille og rolig. Dejlig morgen buffet.

Største minusser: Ingen køleskab på nogen af værelserne hvilket gjorde det svært at opbevare drikkevarer, og især vand, i varmen. Vi måtte ud og købe en køleboks som kunne tilsluttes el, men hver gang vi havde haft rengøring, slukkede de for den. Meget træls. Drikkevarer priserne i hotellets bar var høje, så der skulle handles en del væk fra hotellet og i supermarkeder. Der var ingen elkedel på værelset heller, så ingen mulighed for selv at lave en kop kaffe. Man kunne kun få kaffe i morgenmadsbuffetens "åbningstid" medmindre man ville betale. Kaffen måtte så kun nydes i restauranten eller på værelset. Ikke udendørs/ved poolen. Brusekabinen på vores værelse var meget lille, så man kunne ikke undgå at banke mod siderne hver gang man var i bad. Morgenmaden var ok, men personalet havde svært ved at følge med opfyldning så hver morgen skulle vi vente på et eller andet. Der var ingen parasoller ved poolen - ville man have skygge, måtte man flytte sin liggestol under nogle af de træer der var. Der var heller ikke helt liggestole nok, til antallet af gæster der ønskede at benytte poolen. Poolen er ikke stor, så de dage hvor der var børnefamilier, var det ikke oplagt at benytte den, hvis man som os, var afsted uden børn. De regler der var for benyttelse af poolen, blev ikke overholdt og ingen holdt øje med hvad der foregik. Det var ikke altid lige nemt, bare at slappe af ved poolen. Meget larm fra børn og boldspil mm Plusset: Personalet var hjælpsomme og smilende og rengøringen ok.

Kommer helt sikkert til å booke rom på nytt neste gang vi drar til Riva Del Garda. Hyggelig ansatte, stor rom og bad. Ett minus var litt harde puter, samt ved frokosten ble det fort tomt, slik at en måtte vente på påfyll.

Helt okej hotell för sin prisklass, Ventilationen behöver rengöras då den luktar. Fantastisk service vid incheck och ett poolområde som är bra för barnfamiljer. Bra betyg för fina balkonger och mindre bra betyg då inredningen behöver uppdateras. Köp inte till frukost utan besök gärna caféet mittemot på gatan.

Kan sammanfatta med ett ord Fantastiskt.

Fint hotell med bra frukost. Nära till stranden. Gångpromenad på 10 minuter till gamla stan. Bra med parkering vid hotellet. Trevlig personal. Pool. Andra gången vi bor på detta hotell. Åker gärna dit igen.

It was a nice hotel with clean, updated rooms. The staff were friendly. Although outside of the main town, you can definitely walk to it and the beach is only 100-200 m away. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. Overall nice stay.

Abbiamo dormito una sola notte e ci siamo trovati bene , colazione molto ricca , personale molto gentile, anche se causa brutto tempo non siamo riusciti a sfruttarla era presente una piscina molto bella. Nel complesso abbiamo passato un bel weekend

Todella miellyttävä hotelli Riva Del Gardan keskusta-alueella. Hotellin ympärillä useita ravintoloita ja pieni kauppakeskus. Rantaan noin 200 m ja vanhaan kaupunkiin noin 20 min kävelymatka. Siisti ja miellyttävä huone. Parveke uima-altaalle päin. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja kylppäristä tuli kylmää ja kuumaa vettä kuin kotona konsanaan. Aamiainen perustasoa. Uima-allasalue siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Riva Del Gardalle autolla saavuttaessa on ehdottoman tärkeä valita sellainen hotelli jossa oma parkkipaikka. Muuten voi mennä hankalaksi kun parkkipaikkoja on hyvin niukasti. Tässä hotellissa on pieni, noin kymmenen auton aidattu parkkialue hotellin takapihalla.

Diese Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in Riva , sehr schönes Pool Bereich und alles war super sauber. Eigenes Parkplatz für PKW. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Wir waren 2 Paare und alle waren zufrieden. Jederzeit wieder.
