Really nice stay at the Hotel perfect location friendly staff , wonderful stay

Very clean hotel. Ideal location. Great breakfast. Pool area excellent with good control of sunbeds.

Uitzicht en de ligging geweldig, meteen aan het strand. Rustig gelegen ook. Kamer was prima, lekker bed, goede badkamer. 4 relatief kleine liften, bij piek momenten duurde het erg lang. Hotel bar ok, maar assortiment snacks kon uitgebreider. Ontbijt was uitstekend, 15 euro pp pdag. Heerlijke cappuccino. Zwembad was ook goed, genoeg lig bedjes. Nadeel, geen zwembad bar? Dus steeds met pasje de trappen omhoog, poort uit. Voor naar de bar. Cocktail waren erg sterk, maar voor op terras of zwembad kreeg je het in een kartonnen beker. Dit zag niet zo mooi uit. Receptie erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens terug gaan.

Este hotel una muy mala experiencia no tiene aire acondicionado, me dieron un ventilador para 2 noches, traté de hacer una cancelación y no me quisieron devolver nada, la intalacion antigua, el staff con una actitud horrible, la áreas comunes con un calor insoportable, son cerradas y sin aire acondicionado , la habitación sucia, se escucha todo los ruidos de la habitación vecina, los colchones incómodos lo único que tiene bonito es la vista a la playa

Our 1 night stay was perfect. The view from the room was amazing and the room itself was spacious and clean. Although the hotel is little further to walk from the Old Town, it’s worth it as there are some lovely bars & cafes along the route. A special mention to the guy on reception who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I’d recommend to anyone, it’s lovely

The hotel was very good and gave us a great week in Spain. The room was good with a balcony view of the beach and sea. The dining room was very well organised, offering a huge choice of food to satisfy all tastes. The staff were polite, professional, helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our holiday, and the hotel contributed to our enjoyment. Would return to this hotel.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, right on the beach in a quiet area which is perfect for families. Lovely pool and games section for kids. Staff were lovely

Excellent hotel 10/10, if been to Benidorm 30+ times and this was by far the nicest hotel. Lovely staff, great rooms with a fantastic view.
