Excelentes vistas y muy confortable hotel.

A localização é um pouco fora da cidade, mas só assim para ter a vista que ele oferece. A construção é muito bonita e agradável. O quarto amplo e confortável. A cama e os travesseiros confortáveis. O banheiro, chuveiro e amenidades de banho muito boas. Só o café da manhã muito caro.

The hotel allows you to see the whole city from your room. The rroms are sound proof and big. The beds are very comfy. The restaurant allows you to have a breakfast with a view. Very large parking.

Deberían mejorar algunas cositas, como cambiar ventanas y puerta de las terrazas de las habitaciones, ya que entra bastante frío por ella.

ルームサービスに電話をすると繋がらず、レセプションに行ったところ手配をしてくれました。しかし、サラダと食器が足らず再度レセプションに行ったところ、ため息をつかれました。ため息をつきたいのはこっちだよ。最初の料理は冷めてしまうし。レセプションの人は確かにメモをとっていたので、厨房に問題があったのでしょう。設備や眺めはとても満足です。

Se puede mejorar la piscina

Mi estancia fue inmejorable. El personal es de lo mas atento y educado que puede haber. El edifico es una joya arquitectónica invaluable, espacios majestuoso típicos de la arquitectura modernista, acogedor e imponente. La habitaciones grandes confortables y muy cómodas y sin ruidos. La comida espectacular. Realmente una experiencia inmejorable! Enhorabuena a todo el equipo!

Ubicación y servicio excelentes. Restaurante y desayuno espectaculares. Lo peor la sido el mobiliario de la habitación ya muy antiguo, la pared manchada y rota y el baño muy antiguo también (lavado, bidet, bañera y wc muy amarillos). Aún así estaba todo muy limpio así que repetiríamos sin dudarlo

スイートに泊まりました ルームサービスを頼もうとしたところ、55をダイヤルしてもいきなり電話が切られてその後自動音声が流れて繋がらない。レセプションに頼んで部屋で待っていたところ、シーザーサラダが足りないし、4人と伝えているのに2人分のカトラリーしかないし、取り分ける皿もない。 サラダを待っていたらメインディッシュが冷えてしまいました。料理は今回の旅行で1番美味しいくらいなので、オペレーションが悪いのが残念です。 部屋の設備や内装はまだまだ十分新しく快適でした。 近い駐車場がほぼいっぱいで、なんとか入れて後から戻ったら、結構車が入れ替わっていました。日帰り利用者が多いようです。近い駐車場はホテルの宿泊客のみに制限すべき。

Bediening in restaurant : personeel niet beleefd . Nauwelijks Engels . Receptie idem dito . Ligging is wel erg mooi . De stad is zonder meer de moeite waard . Echter staat dat los van het hotel .

Excelente experiencia

It is actually a beautiful trip It’s a beautiful city and the Parador. It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. I think that they should have a coffee pot in the room where you can heat up your own coffee

The Hotel as with all the Paradors we have stayed with is basically excellent value for money. We were less than enchanted with the service we received at the restaurant at our evening meal . The drinks we ordered whilst we were perusing the menu never appeared, likewise the bottle of wine. When we were finally able to bring this to the waiters attention our main courses had almost finished. The bottle of wine duly appeared on the bill. Next night with a change of mainly female staff things were a lot better, like a normal restaurant. Why did we go the second night? the hotel is some distance from the bars and restaurants of Segovia and luckily it was a better experience. To conclude I would recommend Segovia and the Parador to anyone but be a bit more assertive than we were with any bad service.

Ce Parador est situe sur les hauteurs avec une vue imprenable sur toute la ville de Segovia. L’hôtel est immense et très bien équipé. La zone piscine extérieure est un vrai plus. Les chambres sont vastes et bien équipées mais un petit rafraîchissement notamment de la salle de bain serait nécessaire. La literie était un peu ferme pour nous. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité avec là aussi une vue incroyable sur la ville . Le personnel est accueillant et disponible mais sans plus. Un immense parking est à disposition et est aussi un vrai plus pour ce Parador.

Es un Parador muy bonito con instalaciones excelentes (p.e, piscina exterior)! Punto negativo: sobre las 12 y cuarto de la noche pedimos en el bar unas copas. Sin avisar apagaron media hora más tarde las luces y el personal se fue. Terminas las copas en plena oscuridad…
