If you're staying in Ronda which is a good idea to escape the crowds during the day - stay here as it's right by the bridge and gorge. There's a carpark underneath which is handy. Everything is walking distance. Pool area is nice though closed in February. Our room was spacious and quiet

Computer at reception was down when we arrived. We were told to come back later. Staff was not accommodating. No manager on duty to assist. On site parking was full. Had to park 5 blocks away. Very frustrating

Equipe bastante atenciosa, hotel bem localizado com vista incrível. Nosso quarto estava com chuveiro quebrado e tivemos que trocar.

Hotel is in A fantastic location and the rooms with a balcony are particularly recommend - the views are incredible! If driving, the arrival experience could be marginally better with only room for 1 or 2 cars during check-in process.

Quarto excelente, espaçoso, limpo, com comodidades como jarra elétrica. Bom atendimento da equipe. Café da manhã muito bom. Excelente localização.

Impossible de joindre l'hôtel avant notre arrivée afin d'échanger sur l'accès à la zone réglementée de Ronda. Ce qui nous a obligés à nous stationner dans un parking public et venir à pieds... Au moment du check-out, et malgré la queue la réception, une des personnes en charge de la clientèle a quitté son poste et nous a demandé de rester dans la file car sa journée était finie. L'hôtel profite de son emplacement privilégié dans Ronda, mais le niveau de service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des étoiles ni des attentes... Petit-déjeuner très moyen... Tellement éloigné de ce que nous avons pu voir dans d'autres établissement d'Andalousie lors de notre séjour. Considérez d'autres établissement avant de faire votre réservation.

Hotel antigo em estado descuidado

Vi fik en uvenlig modtagelse. Måtte gentage, hvilken type værelse, vi have bestilt og betalt for. Værelset var ikke helt rent - gulvet plettet og der var støv under alle borde. Vi pudsede selv vinduet, så vi kunnenyde udsigten - der havde været voldsom blæst, regn, og sandstorm, så forståeligt. Døren kunne ikke lukkes helt - så det pev godt om natten, da stormen vendte tilbage. Men det er forståeligt i en gammel bygning

위치가 정말 환상이었구요 ~~~ 오래된 호텔이라 객실이 넓었어요 ~ 조식도 정말 맛있었구요

The location is marvelous and the hotel very nice.
