What we did not like was their inflexibility in moving our booking forward by one day. I appreciate the booking conditions I agreed to stipulated no cancellation. But their “absolutely not” attitude, when we wished to still stay there, did not bode well. So we paid full price again to stay one day earlier. No coffee/tea facilities for pre breakfast coffee. No complimentary water. Mega construction work going on in the grounds. Only positive was the food enjoyed in the bar was excellent. Would we stay there again? Absolutely not.

Et historisk parader med smuk beliggenhed. Flot indvendig renoveret, det ydre murværk var ved at blive det - jeg er sikker på, at det bliver helt i top, som alt andet. Herlig morgenmads restaurant. Flot restaurant med lækre retter.

Literie en dessous de tout nous avons reduit notre sejour pour ne pas avoir a dormir une nuit de plus dans un tel lit

Le passage a l aller etait correcte sans plus la literie de la chambre etant tres mauvaise (dure a l exces) au retour et malgre notre demande nous avons eu la meme chambre Apres uune nuit horrible nous avons ecoute notre sejour

Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. Stayed a couple of nights and only booked the room with no meals. Tortosa centre wasn’t too far so it was nice to walk into the town centre and enjoy the area and restaurants there.

Zijn hier nu voor het derde jaar altijd 1 nachtje op doorreis. Het hotel is echt een aanrader. Het is een oud klooster nog helemaal in deze stijl. Vriendelijk personeel en ontbijt super

This is hotel is in a rebuilt castle high above the town of Tortosa, with incredible vistas, but its a short walk to the town center. Rooms have a balcony and a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and professional. I liked its bar and restaurant, which offers many regional food and drink specialties. I highly recommend the whole package.

Nel complesso buona. Alcune cose da migliorare ma personale gentile e molto professionale. Prezzi del ristorante troppo alto e non in linea con quelli spagnoli.

Staying in a castle is pretty neat. Overall, it was comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony. However, the pool was locked and closed and the water was clearly very dirty. Not sure if it was closed for the season or not. We felt the hotel and building was struggling to keep up with maintenance. We had no wifi available in the room. It was available in the hallway if we sat at the end of the hallway in the chairs. We did ask about this several times but it never worked.

La ubicacion excelente y muy bonito todo pero bajar al pueblo no dejaba buen sabor de boca con tanto extranjero en esas calles oscuras con poca gente

I had a wonderful time. More rustic and charming than other Paradors. A wonderful experience filled with such history.

The AC in the superior suite didn't work with outside temp 30 degrees C. Not really acceptable for a hotel of this level of service. Buffet breakfast was mostly cold cuts, fruit and bread. Average value

Great stay at Tortosa Castle. The facility was spaces with beautiful views of river Mountains and town from our room balcony. Delicious breakfast, overall a great stay
